Great experience overall! I came in for a consultation and I had my one year old daughter. The whole staff was incredibly helpful during the X-ray process and throughout the whole appointment. The consultation with Dr. Casavantes was also very thorough. Becky also did a great job of explaining the whole process as well as all of my options. Definitely glad I’ve made the choice to get my orthodontic needs taken care of here.
Took my daughter to see about getting braces at El Paso Braces. My daughter was really nervous about it but as soon as we walked in the friendly staff helped ease her nerves. The staff is kind and very efficient, as well as the doctor himself. My daughter has never had a better dentist appointment, will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.
I had an amazing first time experience. I loved all the staff. They were all nice and friendly.
