Aspen Dental - El Paso, TX

One of the best dental places I have been. The staff was amazing. They made me feel very comfortable. I'm embarrassed about my teeth and told the that. They were very understanding, very compassionate, and they explained everything that I needed to get done. I even got a printout sheet of what was needed to be done, the price, discount, what the insurance would pay, and what I would have to pay out of pocket. I can't wait to begin my new smile journey with Aspen Dental.

Great serive, professional and friendly staff and understanding to my needs. I've been to other dentist where they just want to spend your insurance money on what ever they want to do. I told the staff at Aspen Dental what I wanted and needed to get done first before my insurance money was spent on things and they understood. I'm very happy with the service and what im getting done.

Both my husband and myself are patients at Aspen Dental, we chose Aspen because of its availability in different states. From our first appointment to now our experience has been very welcoming and professional. First and foremost we were most impressed with the compassion and understanding the staff showed with our dental issues. We have recommended Aspen Dental to family and friiends knowing that like us they will receive quality care.

Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental I was so impressed and most of all I was at ease with everyone there. I suffer from anxiety especially when I have to go to the dentist. From the moment I walked in the young lady at the reception area was very kind and welcoming then I got to meet America who did my X-rays sweet and patient, I then met Marisol the dental hygienist very kind and detailed I appreciate that. I met Dr Flores she is so beautiful, patient kind and loving. Explained all the treatments I need and she was very thorough I felt comfortable with her as I mentioned earlier I have a phobia of dentist. Finally I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica the consultant who explained every detail about the cost of each procedure, and I must say I was very pleased. Thank you Jessica for explaining everything to me. And for your sweet and kind demeanor. By the time I left I was so happy my heart was filled with joy and believe it or not I don't even feel stressed or anxiety I'm looking forward to returning for the start of my treatments. Emergency does not mean emergency here! Sign at door should say "no insurance, no money, no service!" Since they failed to mention over the phone. @Aspendental don't even bother messaging, or writing me back on email/review comment, I refuse your two cents since that's all you can offer. I never received a follow up call as promised. I now have 5k , is what you were asking me for the procedure, and I still wouldn't go back to Aspen dental in El Paso texas. It's a three, and a half hour drive for me, Now I prefer driving three, and a half hours the other direction! I will not "stay connected on Instagram". I scheduled an appointment two weeks out and when I showed up they said that someone else had my time and they could see me an hour after. They tried calling me to tell me this in all fairness but did not leave a message and I do not answer unknown phone calls. Then I show up to sign in for them to tell me that they do not take the insurance that I said I have even though they assured me they did on my phone call as well. Planned my whole day around getting seen and they were completely useless.

They did not give an antibiotic for my tooth pain instead, they gave me a painkiller. Which I thought was weird. I guess they like their clients to suffer so they can squeeze more money out of you. The place are to small and needs some cleaning. I thought they were nice but it was all a set up. I have tried to for an antibiotic but they even return your calls. I would not come to this place at all! If you do please be careful. Please consider a professional dentist who are knowledgeable in their business. You might pay a little more but it is worth it. There are a lot of quacks!
