We had such an amazing experience today at the alamo orthodontist office! From the very first consultation to getting my daughter’s braces placed today, every step has been wonderful. The front desk staff was also so sweet, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we walked in, which made the whole experience even better. The assistant at chair 3 was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring, she walked my daughter through every step and made her feel so comfortable and calm the entire time. And as a mom, I have to mention the massage chair with a TV overhead… AMAZING! Being able to actually relax and enjoy a little quiet TV time during the appointment felt like such a treat. Thank you all for creating such a welcoming and comfortable environment for both patients and parents. We’re so happy we chose this office! 💕

Dr. Reece was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident about my treatment. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. I also want to give a special shoutout to Lulu—she did an outstanding job replacing my braces. She was gentle, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The office is clean, organized, and runs smoothly, which made the whole experience even better. I had a great experience with Alamo Orthodontics from start to finish. I was actually their very first patient at the Pebble Hills location, which made it even more special. The doctor is amazing, very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about his work. His staff is just as great, always friendly and welcoming every visit. The office is always very clean and well-kept, which I really appreciate. I did have an issue with my retainers, but it was taken care of immediately and very efficiently, which says a lot about their level of care and responsiveness. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’ll always recommend them to anyone looking for orthodontic care.

This office is so nice and clean. The staff is also so respectful and always have a smile on their face! Israel was super kind and offered me a drink and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my daughter to be seen. Kaitlyn was the assistant that worked on my daughter. She was very nice and made sure my daughter was okay during her treatment! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for braces!

Yesterday my son had his braces removed and his smile looks amazing.! Thank you so much to Dr. Reece for helping my son when he was turned away by several orthodontists due to it being a difficult case. Treatment for my son started when he was in the eight grade and now he will be starting his senior year of high school with a brand new smile. We’ve had the privilege of starting treatment in their Alamogordo office but luckily they extended their practice to El Paso. Thank you to all the assistants who helped during his appointments especially to Sydney and Lulu! Highly recommend this office for all your orthodontic needs. My daughter is currently in braces and already we have seen so many changes. Can’t wait for the final outcome!
