Park Dental Care

Total waste of time I knew from the moment I made the appointment it was something(not good)but I decided to still give them a chance. From the receptionist to the assistant and Dr not friendly or welcoming at all no one greeted me or asked if I needed a cleaning the Dr was ready to extract my tooth/teeth without an xray. Once they realized I didn’t want an extraction he (Dr)was DEFINITELY not interested in my issues concerning my teeth. He never gave me options or explained what other replacements far as bridges or partial or anything he only strongly stated how long he’s been doing this and his kids are 41&42 don’t ask me how that happened but it did. In his own words. We want our "BLACK" businesses to support us too not just us supporting them. Do better!! That exactly why we are forced to "other" businesses because at least they help more and are DEFINITELY more attentive, welcoming, helpful and respectful. The office was very clean despite the mildew smell in the exam room.. I’ve never been treated so cold and nonchalant in an doctors office.. Actually hurt my feelings

I went here to get my teeth cleaned and check my fillings I had put in like 15 yrs ago! I told him where the discomfort was , he basically told me that’s not where it was at, and that it was the bottom one that needed a filling . Ok I didn’t dispute that but after he was done he told me I can go , I say you not gone clean my teeth ? That was the whole purpose of me coming, but I have never been to the dentist and they never cleaned my teeth weird activity, but he most definitely made sure he did the most expensive thing he could do than shoved me out the door! Than they both gave me two different reasons why I didn’t get my teeth cleaned a bunch of B.S I do not recommend anyone to patronize this business at all it’s bogus ! I will not be returning

Today was my first time visiting the office and I have to say, my expectations were absolutely exceded. Every single person I encountered here was delightful. The wonderful lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. The assistant who took my x-rays was professional and friendly. The doctor was extremely personable and educational. The whole experience was a 10/10. One of the best local medical experiences I've ever had. I will definitely be sticking with them.

I am pleased with Dr. Smith! He definitely is a great Dentist and I am so very grateful for his services! He and his team are amazing. My appointment was smooth and simple. He calmed my anxiety during my tooth extraction and that was something that really mattered to me and stood out. I will be staying here for sure!

Dr Smith and Ms Robinson are amazing! My son was a walk in and they did a root canal. They have a very clean establishment and a man of faith. I would recommend them for your family dentistry needs. We have a found a new dentist for my entire family💙 Love love love the service

My experience at Park Dental was exceptional. I visited them on a referral from a friend and was very pleased with the staff and service. I had numerous teeth removed in order to get a full set of dentures and felt no pain or any discomfort. The dentist is very patient and makes you feel relaxed and has conversation to make you laugh. I would recommend this dentist office to anybody. If I was to rate them, they would get a 10, 10 being the best.

I was hesitant to write this review but this was the second time and I had a bad experience so if I can save someone else heartache that’s why I’m sharing my experience. For starters this dentist will not shut up he talks too much even if you’re not talking back he’s still talking! And he is so very rough! X-rays: very rough I had to stop him because I was in pain the first visit, cleaning my wisdom tooth he claim he drilled my inner cheek because I bit down, he was also digging the mirror into my bottom gums and with the position of his hands I could feel his nails! The only reason I returned to this office was because I needed paperwork filled out but I will not be returning. I love the general vibe of the office, they play gospel music which I love and the receptionist is sweet but I do not think the dentist should be playing the role of dental assistant and hygienist.
