I work for a referring Dentist office, and just had the most disappointing experience I have ever had in my career with this office. Upon trying to refer an emergency patient, I called to ensure that they would be able to accommodate my patients needs and urgency. I was told they accept walk ins and to send my patient right in! That they have openings all day. So I did… My patient gets there and is met with frustrated front staff who tells the patient that they do not have the time do the work today, and not in a very professional manner. My patient returned to me distraught, time wasted and still in pain. I obviously referred my patient to a more reliable office. However my manager decided to call Metro and clear the air. As soon as she began to question the methods, before even being allowed to finish her sentence, She was hung up on. Safe to say we will not refer any future patients here. Very unprofessional, for a practice that should pride themselves on positive turnover, basic communication should be a standard.

Came in as a referral, was supposed to get 2 removals and a root canal Dr. A was absolutely amazing she made me feel comfortable and her assistant Tori whole team amazing! She ended doing more than why I came for and I’m super grateful cause I actually felt like she really cared about getting my teeth back in shape ! So fast and efficient! Definitely my dentist an it’s a one stop shop!

Dr. A and Mel did a wonderful job with my wisdom teeth removal, I had all 4 done at once and the assistant Mel made sure I was comfortable and Dr. A was fast and smooth and explained everything beforehand. Tera and Danyale was great as well as the lady who gave me mask, I didn't catch her name. It seem very chaotic in there but good service.

I have been going here for some time now!! I must say the experience is superb! The front desk lady Ashanti is very nice and funny. I then had x-rays taken and waited for my exams! Cleaning had me feeling good!! Teeth was for sure clean!! Danny did my cleaning and I like her she so calm. I had Dr. Oliver. Haven’t seen her in my last visit. But the new doctors are mainly woman and I’m here for it! Now the benefit about this place is that it’s a one stop dentist shop with oral extractions and root canals. They don’t have orthodontics but they can take off braces when my niece needed it done!!! Might not be the fastest! But most efficient place to go for dental work.

I’ve never been to a dentist where the staff was multicultural. It’s like a rainbow of ethnicities here and I love it! (The doctor who did my extraction Dr. Dana Grier, I believe, was a black woman and so skilled)! Everyone was so kind and professional. The place was bustling and I was in out! They for sure run this place like a well oiled machine.

If you need your teeth done come to this place especially if you don't got a lot of money because I want to one in Woodhaven and they wanted $44,000 is this dentist here everyone is so kind and all they want to do is see you happy with a perfect smile so please go there if you need dental work they will get you together on everything I love thank you so much for everything the lab techs the dentist the whole staff is amazing!!!

This is the worst dentist building I’ve ever had to go through, let me tell you. For my most recent appointment, my original appointment time was 4:30 PM and it was changed to 1 PM, forcing me to rush to get there. In addition, when I had my left wisdom teeth numbed up, I was told that the maxillofacial dentist was available and working on another patient. The nailed that sealed the coffin was that I was told he was at another building, only to find out he was there and I’ve been lied to. Also, some of the info on their website (the website one of their staff doesn’t even know about) is inaccurate. I was told there was a certain type of dentist available there only to find out they don’t do them. Talk about bottom of the barrel! Worse yet, I couldn’t get my 3rd appointment done and had to put an ice pack on my left side of my mouth. In conclusion, this is the worst dental company I’ve ever had to deal with, period! If you ever have to get referred to go here, I pity you.
