Doctors are excellent . Got my wisdom tooth removed, no pain and it was quick and over with. Staff members always make me and my child comfortable and feel welcome. Although, there is a wait time sometimes but I have been made to wait for hours at any other practice I’ve been too. Overall i will be coming back for my future dental care.

I was transferred to this location soon as the person answered the phone it’s please hold no hello no nothing I stayed on hold over 10 minutes the first time I call back and the same thing just ridiculous. How can a person schedule an appointment when they won’t answer the phone

My first time visit this office was awesome! The staff is very friendly and I must say I have less pain here than I have anywhere else. I will recommend the office to any person who is in need of a good dentist office.

SLOW & unprofessional. Not to mention the office is filthy and outdated. I don’t understand how or why this place is still open. The assistants are friendly but the doctors spend more time talking, and walking back and forth than they do in the actual rooms.

I had a great experience today. Dr. Sid is the best!!! I was soooooooo scared but he talk to me and ensured me that everything was going to be ok. I had to have a root canal and a tooth filled. I was in no pain. He made sure my mouth was numbed good. I will be scheduling my next appointment. Thanks Dr. Sid…

They always make you wait at least an hour in a waiting room with a crying baby, someone on their phone, random beeping, etc. When the doctor finally comes in, they treat you like a number. Unless you literally have nowhere else to go, don't go here. A doctor today literally had my dad take a bad review down before he'd continue with his dental care. What ever happened to the hippocratic oath? Or should we stop calling these dentists "doctor"?

Gray family Dental is very welcoming and professional. I would recommend them to everyone. They are gentle, clean and thorough.The paper work is very fast too. They made my smile bigger, brighter and I feel more confident. : )
