I would give Dr. Warner 10 out of 5 stars if I could. He and his staff are very good at making patients feel comfortable and informed of everything that should be expected. The office manager Jessica is great too as is London the dental assistant. Before and after my procedure Dr Warner made sure any questions I had were answered and his oral surgical skills are beyond reproach as well. Just 3 days after surgery I was feeling no pain in my mouth or headaches. The cost was less than other dental companies too and that was the deciding factor for me. I would without a doubt recommend Smile Now and Dr. Warner.

My husband was very unsure of how he wanted to handle replacing his teeth. The office was very understanding and patient with us. They provided all the information we needed and answered all our questions. Jessica, the Office manager, was especially accommodating. DR. Ramsey Warner was amazingly personable and willing to work with us to provide whatever services we needed. I am very impressed.

I had four new implants placed by Dr. Warner, after my previous implants, that were done by another dentist, failed. Dr. Warmer and his staff were very professional, friendly, helpful and welcoming. They all made me feel very comfortable. I was very nervous about the surgery, Dr. Warner was fantastic! The surgery went smoothly and so far, I’m very happy with the outcome. Dr. Warner always made time to call me himself to see how I was doing and to answer my questions. He is very personable, which is hard to find nowadays. If you’re thinking of getting implants, I would highly recommend Dr. Warner at Smile Now, Colorado Springs.

We had an amazing experience with my daughter’s dental implants! The dentist was incredibly skilled, caring, and took the time to make us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I felt comfortable walking in with the friendly smiles and hellos from the two receptionists. As I was called back to my X-rays the tec made me feel so comfortable., as she explained how it was going to be done. She guided me to exam room and explained what the teeth would be looking like and if I had any questions. As Dr Warner came in he was great at introducing himself and was there explaining my X-rays and how the rest of my teeth are doing . He put a lot into explaining how I will feel so confident again. I definitely would recommend Smile Now again and again .

I don’t usually enjoy going to the dentist, but the team at Smile Now completely changed that experience for me. From the moment I walked in, the staff was amazing—truly above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Warner was exceptional at explaining everything in a clear, informative way and was very attentive throughout the entire visit. NOTE: I arrived with a traumatic experience from prior dentist that lasted a year of inability to achieve proper fitting adding another 6 months of demanding refund. I was extremely anxious as I drove up and seriously thought for a minute of leaving but knew I'd only delay what was evident. Mind you, I'd already taken an anxiety pill however it seemed to not be working as it had every other time when needed. Dont think my BP med was working either. One word...DENTIST OMG, if you're reading this, and I sound like you, gather the courage to just get past the front door. Between the sweet lady behind the desk to Jessica the ofc Mgr to Dr. Warner! I swear he's got an invisible cape! He walked right in, just as laid back, non judgemental and explained in "senior" language so I could understand. No more anxiety, no more fear. When I left, everything was provided, different options neatly outlined per category, per sheet. Just all around professional, kind and knows how to handle sensitive people like me who loath visiting dentists. Just do it and get it behind you. Focus on the after.....a smile we're now very proud of!
