I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I just moved to the Colorado Sorings area a month ago and happen to choose this dental place from online. It was a great choice! They took such great care of me and explained everything to me as it was happening. They have TVs on the ceiling for when the need to do cleaning or other jobs! I recommend Pine Creek Dental to anyone. My whole family is going to go there! Oh and don’t even get me started on the amazing views you have from the windows! 10/10!

I chipped a tooth and was pretty stressed about it, but Pine Creek Dental was able to get me in quickly. Dr. Elle and Sophia were both incredibly reassuring, walking me through the treatment options and insurance estimate in a way that made everything feel manageable. I went ahead with the filling, and my tooth feels good as new. The whole experience left me relieved and genuinely happy with the care I received. Professional, efficient, and still relaxed with a good sense of humor throughout.

My experience here has always been wonderful! I got my first filling as an adult today & the ladies were so kind & helpful, talking me through the process ahead of time & before each step. It was super quick, easy, & painless. Not to mention, the office is gorgeous & very clean.

Excellent care, super friendly staff, beautiful building and views. I know going to the dentist is not something most people look forward to, but Pine Creek Dental is such a positive experience, from start to finish. Every person I've met has been so friendly and caring. The facility itself is gorgeous and modern (with unobstructed patient views of the snow-capped mountains), but feels homey, welcoming, and spacious in its design. I need frequent teeth cleanings, and my first experience here (with hygienist Heather) was a comfortable, welcoming experience that felt more like a partnership than a service. I saw immediate improvement in my gums within 24 hours (they use high tech bacteria-killing tools I've never seen, but wow). The doctor has put a lot of thought and care into his practice here and it shows. All of that is even before considering that they can do crowns SAME DAY (in-house creation while you wait) and X-rays are painless (no pokey film cartridges in your mouth). They're also not so overbooked that you have to wait months to be seen. I was able to get appointments within a week of calling. I can't say enough good things about Pine Creek Dental. Definitely come check them out for yourself.

Not only are you all professional in explaining your process of care, it is done with kindness and respect. Dr. Bill Thompson has a great sense of humor and he is so information on many topics of interest. I absolutely love going to his office and talking with his team. Dr Thompson is as wonderful as a dentist could be! Not a fan of getting work done in my mouth and Dr. always makes sure to keep you very comfortable and out of pain. Definitely the best dental experience I’ve had and I have been a patient at Pine Creek Dental for over 15 years. I have referred people over the years and would recommend to anyone who needed a great dentist, that you will find Dr. Thompson to be that dentist!
