Had my new patient appointment today and I’m blown away! The staff are beyond friendly and everyone was so knowledgeable! Special shoutout to Linda, she was the best part of my visit today. Thanks for being awesome Palmer Park Dentistry 🙂

Wendy, the "tooth lady" oh goodness, she is one of the most amazing human beings I have ever met, she made a terrible process not near as terrible. Miss Wendy really listens and ensures that the patient fully understands the whole big picture. I’m very thankful I chose this practice and met her. I hope her employers know she is a treasure and treat her as such! Thanks for the compassion and kindness, it’s most appreciated.

Had a last minute dental issue. Office staff able to get me in for a last minute appointment. Service was excellent, thorough, quality work, not rushed. Dental staff very friendly. Very pleased with the outcome of my teeth.

I've made this my new dentist . Been here 2 times and each time has been better and better. Staffs awesome very friendly very clean place and quality dental work is what's happening here. Honest drs and staff. I totally recommend this dentistry.

I made an appointment yesterday but was unable to make it for today. I called and WILL NOT !!! do not reschedule if your a new patient and miss it. The crazy part is they don’t tell you that and their paper work and website it says 3 no shows so it’s contradicting. You should probably let patients know. It that’s okay you guys need to go to Crossroads family density. Got me in same day and the best care. Wouldn’t waste my time on maybe when you can get care without the hassle. Life does happen. JS. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The back office staff are wonderful, and the dentist and dental assistants have always been amazing. Unfortunately, my experiences with the front desk staff have been inconsistent. Some are kind and helpful, while others have been extremely rude. I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday morning, which I booked the prior Wednesday. I was told nothing was available before then. I was in a lot of pain, so on Friday I went to a walk in dentist in Denver to have the issue addressed. Over the weekend, I called and left a message to cancel my Monday appointment. Since the office is closed on weekends, I’m not sure how else I was supposed to cancel in advance. I later received a letter stating I could no longer be seen at the office, which is fine. This situation has happened before, and at that time the dentist was understanding. She acknowledged that I have two children under two years old and that childcare can be unpredictable. If a babysitter cancels, I sometimes have no choice but to cancel my appointment. The dentist addressed this with the front desk staff and told me she had no issue with me continuing care there. Despite that, I received another letter today stating I can no longer return to the office. Again, that’s fine I’m not interested in returning. I simply want to note that the dentist and assistants are excellent, but the front desk experience significantly impacted my overall impression of the practice.
