Customer Reviews
My Dental Company has a rating of 4.7 out of 5 based on over 849 reviews on Google
My appointment here was quick and painless, I didn't feel a single injection, and any of the fillings that were done. They came out smooth, and didn't affect my bite at all. Dr. Olson is incredibly kind, and checks multiple times throughout the appointment to ensure you're doing alright. The staff here are wonderful, and really put the patient first. I cannot speak of this establishment highly enough!
Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. They put together a treatment plan that I’m excited about and will save money! You can’t beat that. I definitely recommend visiting My Dental Company ❤️❤️❤️
Excellent and thorough dental exam as usual. Would have preferred to not have had such a long surprise presentation on Invisiline. I was left with concerns about the completeness of the cleaning process. I think the hygienist did a very hurried and incomplete job. I'm pretty sure she just worked on the right side of my mouth for the ultrasonic and scraping off the plaque leaving the left side untouched.
I couldn’t have been happier as a new patient at My Dental Company. The staff were excellent, the pricing very reasonable, and of course Dr. Olson was outstanding - a good, genuine healthcare professional interested in all aspects of healing. I’d highly recommend to anyone coming into the Springs to stop in and give them a chance to earn your business.
My family has had positive experiences with Dr. Olson and his team. He is incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, and it’s clear he takes oral health seriously as an important part of overall health. We’ve had prior dental work corrected here, and he holds himself and his team to a very high standard, which we value. He is also very direct and clear in his communication, which helps me understand what’s going on and why certain treatments are recommended and which ones are prioritized. I’ve never felt left in the dark about my care. My husband prefers to do everything and really likes to get a detailed explanation and I like to get in the chair, get a prioritized list of options, and to just get to it so I can hopefully have teeth in my eighties. This is to say, Dr. Olson is a great communicator and can adjust for preferences well if you ask. The whole team is excellent as well. The hygienist does a fantastic job, and the billing and scheduling professionals are organized and proactive; they always make sure we understand costs ahead of time and we get plenty of appointment reminders. Dr. Olson knows his area of expertise and time availability and hasn’t been hesitant to refer out when needed. He has good relationships with specialists, which gives me confidence in care continuity. There does seem to be some staff turnover with dental assistants, but I feel like it is because he holds a high bar for expectations and speaks directly when training staff. If you’re looking for a practice that is meticulous, knowledgeable, and focused on long-term results, this is a great place. If you want in and out and for your dentist to tell you everything looks good until it is too late, probably look elsewhere.
I was very excited to have a dentist that could accommodate our family's schedule with appointments on weekends and after 5, but the service was not what we expected. After my husband posted a bad Google review (they constantly changed his appointments), I received a text message stating that they canceled my children's future appointments and our account due to the review. I didn't post a review, but now I will. My first visit I went into an extreme panic attack where my body froze up and required me to have laughing gas. This has never happened to me before and I did not blame the dentist, but when I went back 6 months later, I was told that the dentist did my filling wrong so they had to redo it. They covered all the costs which I was happy about, but it was still traumatic. This was a childhood filling they replaced that I never had issues with, but I trusted their expert opinion and let them do it. I ended up with mouth pain and bite issues that I had to go back for. My second incident happened a few weeks ago when I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I was exploring all my options and my primary care doctor suggested I speak to my dentist regarding a dental device. I called, the office confirmed they do this type of thing, so I scheduled my appointment for after work. It was their latest appointment, so I took my toddler in their PJs expecting the appointment to be short. We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes with my son starting to lose his mind before we were called into the office only to be told they don't do dental devices. They referred me somewhere else. I'm a pretty patient person and understand mistakes happen, but having this company automatically remove our account and inform me over text without any sort of communication was the last straw.
I wish I could give negative stars to this place. I have never been so disappointed in broken promises and poor communication in my life. I was recommended to this place for Invisalign. The FIRST set of Invisalign fixed some of the issues but I was not happy with my results and wanted correction tray to continue to fix what I paid thousands of dollars for. The hygienist was very off putting and "reassured" me that my retainers would continue to fix the things I wanted. Feeling embarrassed for even asking, I simply said okay and payed 400 bucks for retainers. A month went by and go figure, there was no change. I came back in a told them I want the correction tray because I don’t like how they turned out. My SECOND set of correction trays did absolutely nothing, and my THIRD set also did not fix the things they told they would. Being so over and done with this process I settled on how my teeth are. After my last appointment I asked if I would have to repay for new retainers, and the hygienist said "yes because if you wore your retainers right the first time they wouldn’t have moved at all." I wore my retainers every night, and even during the day as well because my teeth were such a big insecurity. I didn’t come back in because my teeth were moving, I came back in because the problem was never fixed that I stated from the beginning. So to tell me I "wasn’t" doing it right is incredibly crazy to me, and then paying another $400 dollars for new ones. The receptionist reached out to me and asked what pack of retainers I wanted and I responded to her the SAME day. With absolutely ZERO response back for a MONTH, I reached back out and asked if they were ready yet. She responded that she was waiting for me to answer her question about the retainers and that they weren’t even ordered yet. I screen shot my text and sent it back to her that I responded the same day and she took absolutely no responsibility. A month and a half later I finally got my retainers, and one of the slots is causing my tooth to push back, uncorrecting a fix I spent the last year of my life fixing. This place is lazy, rude, and full of false promises and attitude. Don’t let there "low" prices fool you into picking this place to get your teeth fixed. Find a real dentist that cares about what you want and actually works hard to get you the results you’re PAYING for.
