As a NP to your office, I was a bit apprehensive & nervous but found the staff & Jessica & Dr. Pfister very welcoming. Kudos especially to Jessica as this was the 1st time I did NOT experience severe pain after my cleaning!!! Dr. Pfister was friendly & pleasant. I’m glad to become a new patient at your clinic, as I have not had a good experience from my last dental group. So Thank You all for your friendly, professional care!! See you in a couple months! Warm, friendly welcome when you walk in. I get very nervous and don't like going to the dentist. Dental hygienist Brittany made me relax and was extremely through and informative. Dr Pfitzer is the best dentist I have ever had. It is obvious that she really cares about her patients, takes time to listen to you, and is very gentle. I have no fear about my next appointment. I highly recommend Dr Pfitzer and the Lake Avenue Dental office.

Professionalism and a great atmosphere makes LAD the only place I'll go for dental care. Every staff member I have interacted with is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I travel over two hours to this location simply because they are the best. I would recommend LAD to anyone no matter your circumstances or location.

This dental office, the staff, and the dentist are friendly and efficient. They listen and explain without attitude or superiority when asked questions. If asked they provide end user costs prior to procedures. I am not a dentist 'fan', but these folks make the task much less of a chore - even enjoyable.

From the moment they answered the phone, the service has been beyond amazing! I've never laughed, smiled, or felt this welcome/comfortable at a dentist before... I was seen right away and they went more than an extra mile... I know I won't be looking for another dentist for a lonnnng time!!! Book the appointment!!!!
