I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Dr Sheila and her entire staff. Dr Sheila is the best! She was always so respectful of my son and made him feel comfortable and heard. The staff is kind and helpful. After meeting with a couple of other orthodontists, I knew she was the one to give my son the best experience, plus he has a beautiful smile now! Definitely go to Inner Smiles!

I’ve been going to this location in Colorado Springs since the mid-90s, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Dr. Shaner (cannot remember the name of his practice) originally made my teeth beautiful, and after Dr. Bentele’s well-deserved retirement, Dr. Sheila Soroushian has stepped in and she is just amazing. The entire front office and staff—shoutout to Bree, Amanda, both Casey, Danii, and the whole team are so welcoming and friendly. And Amber at the front working hard to help with pictures, keep everybody organized, and just super friendly and relatable. They make every visit feel warm and lighthearted. I’ve actually always wanted to go to dental school for orthodontics myself, so I really appreciate that Dr. Sheila lets me be a little nosy and involved in the process. They are also incredibly thorough. My daughter is starting treatment, and they walked us through everything, including how they’ll carefully monitor her for rare risks like root resorption. It’s a huge relief knowing she’s in such professional, proactive hands. If you want a team that feels like family and actually cares about your smile staying perfect, this is the place. Pro Tip--if you get a cup of coffee you can often ask for real creamer from the staff's personal fridge (lol)

We LOVE Dr. Soroushian (AKA Dr. Sheila) and her incredible team!!!! They have made our orthodontic experience so convenient and enjoyable. My son was very much not looking forward to having braces, but now he is excited to go to his visits and see the amazing results with each adjustment. They are all very kind and friendly, and our appointments are always quick and easy. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a fantastic orthodontist!!!

Dr. Shelia is, and the rest of the staff is amazing! My son had to have a face mask to fix his bite and braces, and they did amazing job and getting it all taken care of and his bite and teeth look great now! They are friendly and fast with appointments!

This group of professionals is fantastic. At the ripe old age of 46, I had braces put on to close the gap of a missing tooth. The tooth was shot out playing airsoft. Dr Shelia and her staff made my 20 month journey... not suck. Braces are a long term commitment and a daily annoyance, but I got to the point where I was actually looking forward to my office visits. I'm writing this on the day when I get my braces taken off, so I'm very excited! I've been told that my teeth will look just like Brad Pitt! This group is highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience with Inner Smiles. Everyone I met at this practice was kind and caring and went above and beyond for me. Krista fit me into the schedule to replace an aged and failing permanent retainer. Amanda was persistent in verifying insurance coverage. Dr Sheila and my ortho assistant, Casey, made sure I understood all steps of the procedure, kept me comfortable during the process, and ensured I left with a perfect fit! Highly recommend this practice and would give 10 stars if I could!!

This clinic booked me next day for an old permanent retainer issue. They were very concise about my options and the prices. I also appreciated the positive energy of the staff. The whole experience felt as easy as possible. I will definitely use them again for my orthodontic needs.
