Alpine Dentistry: Brian Buccellato, DDS

I went to Alpine Dental for a routine cleaning and checkup today. The office was welcoming, and the receptionist got me checked in right away. I also had crowns done here back in October 2024 and haven’t had any issues with them since. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with this office and would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. Staff was polite, courteous, professional, and easy to do business with. Dentist was very attentive and friendly and my hygienist was amazing. I will definitely be back and bring my family along as well. Well done Alpine Dentistry. Well done.

The customer service was excellent. Of course they treated me very well, but when you notice the respect as they spoke to their fellow coworkers, like family, it made the experience ever better. I also loved how the cleaning didn’t feel rushed. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable from the beginning.

It’s not the dentist, it’s the front desk. Dr. Brian is great and truly goes out of his way for his patients. While Dr. Brian is wonderful, the front desk seems to act as a buffer around him, and their unwelcoming demeanor detracts from the quality of the practice as a whole. I genuinely don’t enjoy any interaction that requires calling the front desk, whether it’s the short responses or the snippy attitude. I’ve been coming here for years, but I think it’s time to find a new dentist, and that has nothing to do with Dr. B. I will truly miss the dental hygienist, Chris!

Dr. Buccellato and his whole team are absolutely amazing. They got me in same day and had me taken care of. They are caring and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

They kept on rescheduling my appointments after weeks of waiting for them. If you value your time, this is not the place for you, clearly they do NOT care. If your Considering to try this place just save yourself the headache and your time and go somewhere else. Horrible experience!!
