I recently went to Premier Dental Associates to have an issue with my front teeth addressed. Dr. Kutsikovich did a great job fitting me for a crown with nearly no pain on the final fitting. I had an extremely uncomfortable visit. The hygienist could not seem to get x rays on me. They insisted that it was because of my small pallet. I have never had any trouble getting x rays before. In the middle of three different technicians fiddling around, they dropped the x ray machine on my head! The machine they could have used to get a panoramic view was broken. I went in for some bone fragments that are poking through my gum and walked out with a treatment plan close to $10,000. Needless to say, I will go elsewhere to get my problem fixed.

My first appointment fell on a very personal anniversary, and I walked in overwhelmed and unprepared without even having the right insurance card. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff met me with patience, kindness, and grace they truly set the tone. When I came back, my hygienist was so warm and supportive. I was honestly embarrassed about my teeth, but she made me feel seen, not judged. That kind of care is rare. The doctor was also pleasant, inviting, and made me feel at ease. You can tell this team genuinely cares about people, not just patients. I’m beyond grateful to have found a place where I feel comfortable and supported in taking care of myself. Thank you!

I have had dentures for the past 37 years. The pair I was wearing were very old and worn. I was finally able to afford implants but when I went to the dental practice I had been to previously they said they could not do that for me. I had lost to much bone . I needed a prosthodontist. I called my insurance and got Dr Rita Kutsikovich at Premier Dental Associates name. She made me a beautiful pair of dentures and I have two implants for my lower denture to hold them in place. They look so wonderful you can not tell they are dentures .I can now smile confidently ! I am very thankful to have met Dr Rita Kutsikovich and her entire staff . You can tell they all care about their patients and like what they do. They are truly wonderful !

I love my dental hygienist, Melissa she’s knowledgeable very thorough and a joy to talk to during my visit at the office . their facility is exceptionally clean, and the customer service is outstanding. The entire experience is good from beginning to end you need to visit Dr. Rita yourself.
