HUDEC DENTAL - Memphis Ave, Cleveland Ohio provided me with the BEST Dental experience of my life today. Beginning with the top-notch dentist, Dr. Arjang Germifard along with the dental assistants, Kamar Maywinga & the assistant who completed the Head- Xray series did a TREMENDOUSLY OUTSTANDING job in completing my initial exam. Denzel topped off my experience by walking me through the detailed support documentaion associated with the work I need done. If you have any doubts about going to the dentist, allay your fears and go to this location. Their help was provided in such a phenomenal matter that I simply cannot wait to begin my long journey of dental recovery guided by their professionalism & non-judgemental guidance! They also took the time to provide fantastic answers to each of my many questions.

Dont trust them Becareful at this dentist ive been lie to... i dont have 12 cavities. They treated me so bad and drilled 3 teeth that didnt need work. Get a second oppinion .There was one lady that was nice to me out of everybody else. The experience was so bad. I' didnt like the sarcasm, and my smile is ruined. I walked out with tears in my face the manager told me to brush my teeth in there and floss called me baby so many times.😢 I know my own smile and they destroyed it. I'm not happy is had the most bad experience and this mess up my mental health so bad . 😭 being talk to like this. I went home crying from looking at how they sharpen my one side teeth . Came in for a consultation, and I got the information I needed, and I was able to get my teeth deep cleaned, as well. The staff were very kind, sweet, and knowledgeable. The dentist answered every question I had, and you can tell that the staff really care about your health.

Really personable staff. Seemed genuinely happy to help and answer all my questions (Over-thinkers tend to have lots of questions). Didn't have a long wait to be seen either. I will recommend this office.

Came in for a couple broken teeth and the nurses went the extra mile to make sure they didn’t hurt me more than I was already hurting. One of my best experiences at the dentist office.

Although everyone at the Memphis location in Brooklyn, Ohio is very nice, they wasted a lot of my time. I originally went in for a filling and a crown. The crown prep was fine, but I felt pain during the filling, so they told me I needed to see an endodontist for a root canal because my nerve was calcified or something like that. After hearing this, I was a little annoyed, but it is what it is. It then took them over an hour and a half to scan my teeth before finally taking the impression. After that, I scheduled my appointment two weeks out to come back for my permanent crown. Throughout this process they also kept asking me to leave them a review, even though it was pretty clear I was already frustrated with how things were going, so here is my review. When I returned for that appointment at the Memphis location in Brooklyn, Ohio, they didn’t tell me until I arrived that my permanent crown had never been made. Instead, they said they needed to rescan and prep again. I had to get numbed all over again, and a heads up would have been nice. After that, I went to the endodontist. The endodontist told me I did not need a root canal and that what I felt during the original procedure was simply because I wasn’t numb enough. At that point, I had already wasted my time, my sick time from work, and my money. The day after my endodontist appointment, I went back to get my permanent crown. The dentist said he was confident he could get me numb enough for the filling, so I scheduled that appointment for 3/4/2026. During that appointment, they still weren’t able to get me numb. They then gave me two options: come back another day and potentially waste even more of my time, or go somewhere else to a different dentist. I immediately requested a different dentist. I ended up going to the Lorain Hudec location in Cleveland, where they moved efficiently, made sure I was comfortable, and I didn’t feel like my time was being played with. Because of my experience, I cannot recommend the Memphis location in Brooklyn, Ohio. I feel like a lot of my time was wasted, so please keep that in mind when scheduling with this office. Moving forward, I will be going to the Lorain Hudec location instead.
