It was a overall great experience at hudec dental 12409 Lorain ave in Cleveland Ohio They were very professional but welcoming The x- ray technician is very good at her job She was comforting and very attentive! She walked me threw every step and never got frustrated with me ! I think her name was alisha ! Sorry if I am wrong ! And the doctor was very accommodating and worked around my schedule so it was most convenient for me ! And when leaving they were very fast with the final step of the paperwork! Also gave me a printed out treatment plan to walk me threw every step of the whole procedure ! And answered all my questions fully and in a language that I understand ! Greatest place i have ever had dental done . I bin to alot of different dentist because I never took care of my teeth. They was fast. Painless, and for the 1st time my anxietie wasn't through the roof. Everyone was nice and respectful. Definitely would refer them to anyone

Receptionist have to much attitude and snotty remarks & condescending tones at 8 in the morning on a Thursday for no reason. Lied and told me the system purged all the information. This was proven a lie when I called the Lakewood office and she could see all of it. It just needed updating. Gross behavior after I explained first my child has a broken tooth. Lakewood was very polite and helped me get him an appointment by Monday. Y’all should take some customer service classes or find a job that being rude is helpful. Wish I could give 0 stars. Separate visit/ 1 hour after my child’s appointment time they call her to a different room, then tell my 13 year old to pick her own tooth color??? The Spanish lady that works at this location is fantastic. Love her.

The waiting room wait was short. The wait in the exam room seemed like forever but then I'm a chicken at the dentist. Everyone was very nice and some even kind (yes there is a difference). All in all not a horrible experience 😊and I even got a sticker!

Dr. Bazin was absolutely incredible. My wisdom teeth were causing me so much pain, and even though it was last minute, he fit me into his schedule the very next day and removed them. From the numbing process, to the staff, to the recovery, everything was handled so efficiently and professionally. I truly appreciated how smooth and comfortable him and the staff made the entire experience. His staff was amazing, and I only had discomfort the first day before everything became smooth sailing after that. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Bazin and his team enough.

Staff was amazing I was there early was taking back before my appointment time.everyone was so sweet.I can not wait to go back and get all my dental work done.I'm excited!! the doctor was straight forward and told me everything I needed done thank you hudec❤️

I can’t say enough good things about Hudec Dental in Lorain! I’ve been coming to this office for years ever since I was a little kid and they’ve always taken such great care of me. Dr. Bazin (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly!) is absolutely amazing. After feeling like I wasn’t getting the best guidance at a different location, he truly took the time to explain everything and recommended the best care for me. I finally felt heard and genuinely cared for instead of just being another patient. I ended up needing a root canal and was there for about two hours for the whole visit, but they made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I was honestly terrified, but Dr. Bazin was patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the procedure. I even had to bring my toddler with me to my appointment, and the entire staff was so patient and kind with him. They made him feel comfortable and welcomed so I could focus on getting my work done without stressing. That meant more to me than they probably realize! And a very special shout out to Dr. Bazin’s assistant I truly wish I caught her name because she was such a beautiful human being. She held my hand while I was scared and kept reassuring me that I was going to be okay (lol). That kind of compassion is rare, and I’m so grateful for her. If you’re looking for a dental office that truly cares, this is it. Highly recommend! 💙
