my 5 year old was in so much pain but Dr. Sandy took care of it same day. The way she talked to him and treated him made him feel so comfortable he let her remove his tooth with no fuss or problems. amazing practice all the assistants staff and especially Dr. Sandy. highly recommend this place… very accommodating and understanding.

This has got to be one of the WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCES I've EVER HAD ‼️‼️ I supposed to be coming in for a consult for root canal, the office staff weren't real pleasant, and they all seen what they had an attitude. Dr Sandy took x-rays on me and then told me there was nothing she could do today that I can come back tomorrow.. when I explained to her that I don't drive that I use my insurance to get here that coming back tomorrow was not a viable option she looked me dead in my face & said "I don't know what to tell you I'm completely booked today as if I WASN'T ALREADY ON HER SCHEDULE?! BECAUSE I DEFINITELY WAS IT WAS A 10 AM APPOINTMENT. SHE SHOVED PRESCRIPTIONS IN MY FACE.. AND THEN TOLD ME IF MY PAIN WAS REALLY THAT BAD TO CALL MY DENTIST AND HAVE MY TOOTH REMOVED. THIS DENTAL PLACE IN ABSOLUTE JOKE..

I have been dealing with tmj for 2 years now. Went to one dentist and won’t go back. I get Tmj shots but ever since I went to a dentist in Jan my mouth has hurt and my night guard needed replacing. Dr Sandy had to pull a tooth and that was to make night guard balanced. Which after 2 years someone finally figured that out. and she was so fast and it healed even faster. She got me approved for a night guard so fast. The office is so clean and welcoming. She also has a plan for me and it’s not pricey at all. I’m so happy I called there . Although I hate dentist she is great and makes you feel at ease but she tells you what you need land how we are going to g to do it.

It’s disappointing to see negative reviews that seem more focused on misunderstandings about how dental insurance works rather than on the care provided. Insurance can be confusing, but that is not a reflection of Dr. Al-Aish’s skill or the dedication of her front office staff. From my experience, both she and her team are attentive, patient, and willing to explain things clearly. I’m grateful to have her as my dentist and highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent care and a doctor who truly values her patients.
