I’m overly satisfied with my First time visit. All the staff were very professional Pleasant and very knowledgeable. The office was very clean. I noticed they sterilized all the equipment after all the procedures were done. Most importantly, I’m very satisfied with my cleaning and I will be back. Thank you so much

I was extremely impressed with the quality of service I received from Hudec (Severance) upon entry, the greeting was exceptional- I was then met by Nicole for X-rays and preliminary interview. Nicole was professional , engaging , forth coming with everything she did or intended to do - she was also quite gentle when performing my cleaning - the best Hygienist ever - I was then greeted by Dr. Ahmad Ghiba who was equally professional and evaluated and answered and recommended my ongoing care !! I have truly found my dental home

Extremely kind and accommodating team! It had been a few years since I had last gone so I was very nervous/embarrassed but received no shame and everyone was just glad that I was getting the care that I needed! I get very overstimulated at the dentist but everyone explained what was happening and what I needed to do as it went along, provided sunglasses, etc. I received a well explained and detailed plan for taking care of the issues that had arisen since I had been last. Thank you!

All of the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciated their willingness to help me with my billing process. I was there to get my tooth pulled and that’s what I received. Dr. and his assistant made sure I was comfortable and explained all that I needed. Thank you all for the service and knowledge to me.

They were soo kind and understanding... Very helpful as well!... Alice the receptionist made sure i was ok and texted me back promptly, as i had questions.... Im glad, I choose them as my kiddo and I dental care!! Sharika was also very kind and friendly 😊 🙏 made me very comfortable. Thank you.

Thank you Hudec Dental. I was in so much pain when I walked in and felt so much better after my extraction was completed. The staff was very nice and quick. They presented me with lots of options for my dental care plan and we're very upfront. I appreciate the team and the Doc. Thank you everyone! You made me smile!

I was a new patient. I had to wait several weeks to get an appointment with Dr. Ghiba. 1st appointment - X-rays and had to make another appointment to replace some fillings. 2nd appointment - replaced the fillings and had to make another appointment to get a cleaning, 3rd appointment - they cancelled less than 1 hour before, and when I called to reschedule, I now have to wait ANOTHER 7 WEEKS for the cleaning that I wanted in August! They made no effort to have a hygienist come in early or stay late to accommodate the appointment that they cancelled. They are a huge dental conglomerate but they are making me wait when they are the ones who cancelled my appointment. I do not believe their customer service receives even 1 star, but Dr. Ghiba was very good, and Laree (Assistant) was excellent. I would suggest going to another dentist/office.
