Getting an appointment was easy. The staff is pleasant and spacious waiting area. My cleaning and fillings went smoothly. I was so nervous but Maricruz & Dr. Riyal assured me things would go smoothly. The exam rooms are clean and they have screens for viewing on the wall and overhead which is a nice touch. I recommend.

We had a great experience at this dental office! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. Eddie, the assistant, and Dr. Riyal were absolutely amazing with my son. They took the time to speak directly to him, ask him questions, and make him feel important. Which meant so much to both of us. It really helped him feel comfortable and confident, and as a parent, that gave me so much peace of mind. It’s truly the little things that make a big difference, and Dr. Riyal, Eddie, and the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for. Highly recommend!

No need to fear the dentist when you got Ben L. And Dr Ankola by your side. I had my first visit and it went absolutely great. Ben was so personable, gentle, and shared a lot of knowledge. Dr Ankola listened to my concerns and together we came up with a plan. Can’t wait to go back in 6 months!

Hands down, the best place! After a recent traumatic experience, I let the receptionist know I may need some extra support and patience. I received the most amazing support and felt so incredibly cared for. I also wanted to share that I initially came to be a patient after too many years of neglecting my teeth and felt so much embarrassment about returning to a dentist. Little did I know that not only would that first time be a supportive experience , but I could count on the team to really go above and beyond to take care of me throughout my return visits. I truly appreciate the whole staff and how they all work together to make the patient experience so positive! Thank you everyone. It means so much to me and I know others must feel similarly! I went here for years, and while most experiences were okay, as the practice grew things felt less solid. My new dentist had to redo one of my final treatments with Miswak (a crown they’d placed featured a gap along my gums that would eventually cause infection or cavities). That along with lack of communication around not treating a certain issue that I didn’t realize needed attention made me glad to be with a new provider who has the time and patience to truly explain and make thoughtful treatment plans. Also want to note that I wasn’t really given a full picture before starting Invisalign that the models they show you may not be fully possible—learned most things online ultimately but wish they’d managed expectations more on the time commitment and possibilities.

This office is beautiful, nearly brand new, and filled with high-tech equipment. My dentist took the time to walk through my x-rays and explain everything about them to me, which made me feel very much a part of the process. Both my dentist and dental hygienist were very kind and checked in with my during the entire appointment to make sure I was comfortable.

I have had my share of dentist visits and experiences. Miswak Dental office was such a sweet experience that I highly recommend anyone in need of a good dentist to visit this place. From their office greetings of great customer service, to sitting in a beautiful cozy lobby to prepare you for your dental work. Want a water bottle or blanket they got you. Invasive technology you don't have to go through having giant bite wings that hurt when getting x-rays. They have a small hand held xray gun that takes a picture in a few second. All your x-rays are placed on a big screen and the dentist goes over each tooth that needs worked on. He's so honest that he suggest critical teeth first and the best way to save you money. This office is not out to take it last penny- family owned and from Chicago so they know the value of helping you save if needed. I hope you take the time to check this place out yourself as you will see that this will be your new dental home! Jus lay back and relax watching a TV with a colorful sea of fishes in the ocean as you get your teeth worked on.
