I highly recommend Impress! The team made me feel comfortable. Katy is delightful and very patient. She gives clear instructions during the consultation for X-rays. Doctor Babalooe is fantastic.

Highly recommend Impress Clinic for orthodontic treatment. I’ve been a patient here for the past year to correct deep bite, and I’m extremely satisfied with both the results and the overall experience. The entire treatment process was smooth and well-managed. A big shout-out to Jennifer and the team for always being available to answer questions and for their constant support. Dr. A is highly professional, polished, and clearly very experienced. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose Impress Clinic.

My experience with Impress has been nothing short of horrendous. I went into the clinic to get scanned and paid for the aligners upfront on July 14, 2025. It is now December 23 and I STILL don't have my aligners after originally being told it would take 6 - 8 weeks to be delivered. I had to confirm my address twice to customer service only to still be left in a lurch. After reaching out to them several times and getting the run around, I just asked for a refund in order to just sever all ties. Received an email 48 hours later saying that my case would be transferred over to their Financial team and to look for a response soon. Never got a response until I followed up again. Was told a second time that a manager would reach out to me. No response. Impress has without a doubt, the absolute worst customer service that I have ever encountered. I'm in the process of exploring legal options to recover my $4599 plus damages. Do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT consider them for any acceptable level of service. I'm only giving one star because the people in the local clinic were nice and professional.

It has been four months, and I am still waiting to receive my refund from Impress. I have sent multiple emails, but since my treatment was completed, it feels like no one is willing to respond. Reaching them by phone is also extremely difficult. During my last visit, the Chicago clinic manager mentioned that she would follow up once she heard back from the finance team. However, I had already been waiting for three months at that point, and it seems the finance team is always "busy." Overall, my post-treatment experience has been disappointing due to the lack of communication and delay in refund processing. That said, the doctors themselves were professional and pleasant to work with.

I was promptly attended to and the process was easy and quick . Appreciate the update and knowing that my price was kept reasonable even with the upgrade.

Please, save yourself the money and do not go here. Ups lost my package and when I called impress, they told there was nothing they could do for me. Then when I asked if I could get another set of trays since I only had 4 left, they never responded! The people on the app tell you they will get back to you but never do. This is just a scam and money grab operation. DO NOT GO HERE. this company does not care about quality care. They only care about profit. Stay away people!

I'm absolutely thrilled with the service I received at Impress. The invisible aligners they provided have completely transformed my smile. But what really stood out was the exceptional service from Liz - she was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process seamless. The team's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I was comfortable throughout the treatment was impressive. I highly recommend Impress to anyone looking for top-notch dental care with a personal touch!
