Always There Dental Care

Dr scott is an amazing dentist who is just as kind and caring as he is good at his job! He has such fun energy and makes sure your teeth are well taken care of under his care. I wish he did orthodontics! Best dentist in Chicago by far and large. The front desk staff is AMAZING, lovely and on top of it! They didn’t take my insurance, but submitted my claim right away, clearly communicated with me, and I got a check in the mail from my insurance 1 week later. I highly recommend Dr scott and his practice!

I have gone to Always There Dental Care to establish care and get a dental cleaning since I'm new to the neighborhood. I had such a great experience with this office from walking in the door at the start to the very end. Ashley made me feel welcomed and comfortable for my cleaning! She was extremely knowledgable with explaining everything she was doing, and took care to ask me of my comfort level throughout the process. I usually have high anxiety coming to the dentist, but I felt relaxed and comfortable the entire time. She listened to my concerns, explained how I can improve my brushing, and recommended me products to use at home. Dr. Jeff assessed me after my cleaning and my concerns felt heard as well. All the way to the end, when I was at the front desk checking out, Audrey had a bubbly personality during our interaction and made sure I had the resources to reach out to an oral surgeon. This office is one of a kind. Very professional, clean, and their equipment feels up to date and high-tech (I didn't know there was a camera to take pictures of each tooth close up.) For the first time, I am actually excited to return to the dentist for a cleaning! Thank you!!!!

I’ve never written a review for a dentist before, but this place really earned it. I just moved to Chicago and was dreading finding a new dentist since I usually hate going, but this ended up being the best experience I’ve had at a new place. The staff was incredibly down to earth and put me at ease right away. My hygienist (I believe her name is Stephanie but I will update this if wrong) and Dr. Jeff were genuinely so fun to talk to. What I appreciated most was how they explained everything without being condescending. It made me feel comfortable and like I could actually trust them. I can’t recommend them enough.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Fabulous group of administrators, dentists, and hygienists. Everyone is very friendly and clearly care about being good at their jobs. I’m always amazed at how quickly they do my teeth; last time I got my cleaning on my break from work!

I’m a new patient and my first visit was great. The team I met and worked with, to include Dr. Jeff, Rosanna, Marissa, and Audrey were all awesome! They were friendly, organized, knowledgeable, and took time to explain lots of things to me beyond what other dental practices have done for me in the past. Very pleased with the first visit.

By far best dentist in Chicago, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else. Dr. Scotty is the absolute best, every hygienist I’ve had goes above and beyond to perfection, and the front desk is the friendliest staff there is and always on top of their game. Cherry on top, best playlists around to jam out to during your cleaning!
