North Brooklyn Dental Care makes going to the dentist as enjoyable and relaxing as a dentist visit can get. The front desk is very friendly, funny, and communicative. The dental care staff prioritizes your comfort during the experience. I was lucky enough to have Rosie as my dental hygienist. She knew I was nervous and was so kind and clearly communicated each step of the process to me. She also gave me tips to relax or feel more comfortable. Dr. Carpenter was also great and brought a positive energy to our appointment. I appreciate the entire team’s professionalism, friendliness, and overall care. I’ll definitely be going back!

I've been to North Brooklyn Dental twice now and had great experiences both times. Dr. Carpenter is wonderful – she's friendly, patient, and professional, explaining her exam assessment and making recommendations for a follow-up appointment that never felt rushed or sales-y. The office was busy when I arrived, so Dr. Carpenter even jumped in to do my cleaning while the other hygienists were occupied! Would definitely recommend visiting them if you're in the area and looking for a new dentist.

The gentleman that received me for check- in was very pleasant and cheerful. My hygienist was superb, gentle, and full of dental knowledge. My doctor made me feel comfortable and she was extremely professional. The only thing that I would change about my visit is the billing girl. She has poor customer service skills and feels more like someone who is only out to get your money. Not someone I would want to represent my establishment.

I agree that the staff is warm. Especially Darlene the dental hygienist. I’ve been going to her for years and this review is long overdue. I have very sensitive teeth and gums and she’s the only person I would trust to give me deep cleanings. Doctor Valentina is really cool. Honestly I’ve been going here many years for cleaning which I guess says all one needs to know. They accept my Delta dental insurance. They also accept Care Credit. When I needed a wisdom tooth pulled, they referred me to the best orthodontist ever and I am forever grateful. I trust this dentist. They have never pushed me to do anything I was unsure about or couldn’t afford.

North Brooklyn! Is a real dental care. My first time. I was empressed by a professional staff, compassionate, focus on your needs. Dr Carpenter, excellent, attentive listening, true professional, painless procedure, highly recommended. Urszula one of the best hygienist. Gentle, calm, cooperative, has a very good technical skill of dental cleaning. My experience with "North Brooklyn Dental Center" was very satisfied. So, I rate it as a 5-Star dental care. Wisnel

I just heard that Dr. Valentina Sasieta is leaving and my heart sank. I've been coming here for many years. She and her dental staff are the best team that I've ever experienced. I normally dislike going to the dentist, but I have loved every visit here under her care. She's very warm and knowledgeable. She listens and answers every one of my questions. The whole team is kind, gentle on your teeth, consistently good, and extremely professional. I love that it's all or mostly women here too. I highly recommend Dr. Valentina, wherever she lands. For now, I'm very sad to see her go.

I’ve been going to North Brooklyn Dental for several years and have nothing but good things to say. The staff are friendly, helpful, and skilled. I’ve never had to wait for an appointment or had any issues with them. They are easy to work with, often being able to fit me in same day for a filling. I cannot recommend them enough!
