I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sagar Shah and Dr. Lauren Mosses. They are two of the most compassionate, attentive, caring, patient, and kind professionals I have ever met. From the moment you walk through the door, they make you feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for. What stands out most is how much they truly love making people happy. They take the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and ensure that every patient feels at ease throughout their visit. Their dedication to providing exceptional care is evident in everything they do. Over the years, I have grown to deeply respect and appreciate both Dr. Shah and Dr. Mosses. They have earned my complete trust, and I would confidently follow their recommendations and opinions without hesitation. I am so beyond glad that I chose Downtown Dental for my care after a negative experience at another office in my neighborhood. And looking at their COPIOUS 5 star reviews, I think it should be clear to you, dear reader, that I’m not alone in this belief. My friend recommended them, and I booked my appointment very easily online. After submitting my medical history (of which there was a LOT, as I’m going through brain cancer treatment), the doctors, hygienists, and staff were extremely communicative over phone, email, and text to make sure all was set up for me. I was greeted by the friendliest staff, pristine offices, and LOADS of advanced imagery technology to make sure I was getting the top level of care I deserve. They even emailed it to me before I left the office! Everyone - and I mean EVERYONE - was kind, took their time, and extremely gentle in all ways. I didn’t feel rushed, all of my questions were answered and THEN some, and they even gave me a nice goodie bag and zipper pouch for my dental needs between now and my next visit. My last office PALES in comparison. I simply cannot sing enough praises for this office! I would have NO issue coming back or sending anybody here. No matter which dentist you’d like to book, you have a winner on your hands. Thank you a million times over, Downtown Dental!

I am so happy that I found Dr. Shah. He is truly the best. He made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions, and completely put my mind at ease. Dr. Shah and his entire team are outstanding. Everyone is pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. The team at Downtown Dental is great! The environment is clean, well organized and I’ve never waited long to be seen. Yanelda the hygienist is awesome and extremely thorough, she provides the best cleanings I’ve had in my adult life. I see Dr. Moses and she is kind, engaging, compassionate and an experienced meticulous provider. Really couldn’t recommend this practice enough!

Dr. Moses is spectacular! She’s informative, relatable, and has such a calming bedside manner. You can tell she genuinely cares. The dental experience itself is top tier, and the whole team is kind and super helpful. They make coming in feel easy and enjoyable. Truly a 10/10 experience!

I never thought I'd ever say this but I LOVE going to my dentist! The environment here is warm, welcoming, clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and Dr Shah and Dr Moses are the absolute best!!! Super responsive and experienced. If I could give them a 10 out of 5 I would. My children are never afraid to go because everyone makes them feel so comfortable. Highly recommended for the whole family!!

Everything about Downtown Dental continues to be amazing! The staff, especially. Always friendly, warm, inviting, and willing to go beyond (AKA-stay after hours when a procedure runs long)! The facility is immaculate and state of the art - including 3D printing available "while you wait". Gotta say, very impressed to see all the improvements over the multiple years I've been coming here! Now, for the professional side of things. I have been impressed on numerous occasions with the ability of Dr. Moses to spot issues before they become a problem as well as to identify things not necessarily dental-related (most recently, a viral infection). She takes dentistry to the next step with her keen eye and her attention to detail. I am so grateful for that ability and skill - because she saved me from what could have been a devastating event overseas (by identifying an issue BEFORE the pain set in.) Much appreciated!
