Dr. Pooria is very talented and efficient. Receiving services whether it’s cleaning or implant, was easy, painless and his work impeccable. Highly recommend his work. Office staff is kind, helpful and available.
From the moment I walked through the door, I felt completely at ease. The entire team is warm, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Shahin is hands-down one of the best dentists I’ve ever had—thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to explain every step, answer all questions, and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office itself is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made my treatment quick and painless. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY MADE ME SIT IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR AN HOUR ONLY FOR THEM TO STILL CHARGE ME A CANCELLATION FEE AFTER MY APPOINTMENT. TOO MANY HIDDEN FEES, THEY CAN'T EVEN EXPLAIN WHAT THE HIDDEN FEES ARE FOR. THEY CHARGED ME A LATE FEE TWICE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND GAVE NO SERVICE. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY WASTED.
