I can’t say enough good things about this place, everyone there is amazing!! I had a great experience here with Dr. Casey and Francis. They were both so friendly, thorough, and committed to making sure I felt comfortable during each of my appointments. They also took the time to explain exactly what was going on, which made me feel really informed and at ease. Also, Dr. Sager and everyone at the front desk were just as warm and welcoming. The whole office has a modern and calming feel, and it’s clear everyone tries to create a positive patient experience there. This is the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. I had a great experience at this dental office. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they really take the time to listen to all of your concerns. I felt like they genuinely cared and handled everything with so much attention and kindness. It’s not often you can say you look forward to dental appointments, but I truly do here. I've been a patient here for 2 years and i needed multiple fillings and a crown. I am so pleased with the outcome of my fillings and crown. Most importantly I was pleased with how communicative the Front staff was with the scheduling of an appointment, the dental insurance breakdown and my estimated copay, Unlike other practices that wouldn't provide that information prior to visits. Dr. Sager made me feel at ease during my treatment and went above and beyond to ensure the treatment became successful. Definitely recommend Brooklyn Dental Collective!!!

From the moment you walk in, they make sure to listen, check in with you, and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Sager was amazing- thoughtful, patient, and extremely attentive throughout the entire procedure. She explained what she was doing, made sure I was fully comfortable at every step, and the team continued to check in throughout. Most importantly, I experienced zero pain, which says a lot given how nervous I was going in. I’m so grateful to have found a dental practice that truly prioritizes patient comfort and care.
