DO NOT GO TO THIS ORTHO!!! I made the mistake of coming here and they just did stuff to my teeth without me asking. They had moved one of my teeth to a position I did not ask them to do and told me they made the decision themselves. They then said to make my teeth straight and midline that I would have to pull out one of my teeth. Then after years of finally getting my teeth straightened and braces off in a way that I wasn’t happy with, I bit really hard and felt one of my teeth shift and immediately made an appointment with them and was told they see nothing wrong. The damage became ten times worse and now they want me to pay for braces AGAIN!!! Stay away, they will drain your money and time.

The team at the front desk is polite and helpful with scheduling, and everything runs on time. Dr. Polina Ingberman is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel confident from the very beginning. I came in for a consultation about getting braces to fix some crowding in my lower teeth, and she explained the treatment plan clearly without any pressure. I decided to go ahead with metal braces, and the entire process has been smooth so far. Adjustments are quick, and any discomfort is minimal thanks to how carefully everything is done. I feel like I'm in really good hands here. Highly recommended.
