He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly before getting started. His attention to detail and calm demeanor really helped ease any nerves I had. Had a root canal and crown installed never thought it could be so painless and stress free, Dr.Kim is amazing very helpful and efficient. Front desk staff and dental assistants are friendly and professional. Very glad I found this dental office would definitely recommend!

Frustrating experience—completely disrespectful of patients' time and comfort. I booked an appointment online, but when I arrived, the staff told me they didn't actually have that time slot available. If your system isn't updated, you shouldn't allow patients to book it in the first place and waste their time. To make matters worse, the dentist was completely out of touch. Plus another time I came to get a tooth removed, the nurse was helpful in explaining the process, however the dentist didn't even acknowledge me when he walked in. No "hello," no checking in on how I was doing, and he left immediately after the procedure without saying a word. He just did "the job" and walked out. Terrible communication, poor scheduling, and zero bedside manner. I will not be returning.

Amazing quality service! I’m so happy I found this dentist. Dr Kim is great. They really show they care about helping me achieve my oral health goals. The office is beautiful and clean. And the staff are very friendly! Definitely worth coming here. Thank you!! 😁😁😁😁

What really grinds my teeth is a medical office with no flexibility. I was going to be two minutes late because parking with the snow was harder than an impacted tooth. The staff had a biting attitude and brushed off any explanation. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth. There are friendlier dental offices out there—your pearly whites deserve better.

2nd time I visited this location , I must say the Staff are awesome and Dr. Kim is one the best Dentist I have ever visited. I definitely recommend him and this location 5 Stars*
