Pura Dental 180th Street

it was my first time going last week, the service was amazing, I had 2 workers working on my cavities & they were so friendly and made sure I was comfortable and okay. I do recommend them, and I am returning !! The wait time can be quite long but they do the job! The space is clean & small but still an amazing location. The workers communicated so well about my teeth without making me feel a way. 10/10

As a new patient I am very pleased and happy to have found a dentist that is both knowledgeable, caring and willing to work with me on restoring my smile. I am excited to see what my new smile will look like! And most definitely recommend this dental office if you are in search of a phenomenal dentist ❤️

Its been almost 6 years since I've been to the dentist. (Mom life can make you neglect yourself. Even my kids have been to the dentist since they've been born.) Anywho, I got to my appointment 20 minutes early because of excitement and anxiety. Everyone I spoke to was really nice. The space is decent, charming and intimate. The front desk was quick and clear about what's needed. I did most of my forms via text and an online link. I got called in pretty quick and got my x-rays done. Moved on to the next room fairly quick and the dentist even helped move my stuff to the next room. My dentist who was working on me was just as nice. She was informative and answered my questions. Fixed a few cavities and gave a very much needed professional cleaning. I left with a recommendation of a surgeon for a more serious issue with a tooth I have and feeling ready to to tackle the rest of my day. I was done in less than an hour and a half from entering the door to walking out. Very happy with my experience and will definitely come back in 6 months as recommended. Old building sort of dingy looking but the service is on point. Dr Jennifer was my dentist I got two fillings refilled and a cleaning. Would recommend Alexander was also helpful he did my x-ray and assisted the dentist.

Avoid this dental office at all costs. They will have you waiting 2 hours for your appointment to see the doctor and when you do, they’re rushing. Doctor did not have a consultation with me prior or following the service. Instead, I was spoken to during the service with equipment in my mouth. Not to mention, the equipment was very poor as water running all over my face and chin. Only thing decent about this place is the receptionist and dental assistants!

The Recieptionist there has ZERO patient skills she DOESNT wanna do her job she doesn’t even make a effort to check in the patients she made me call my health insurance just to get a number I already gave her 1,000 times for her to then later have me wait OVER 50 MINUTES to tell me they do not accept my daughter health plan when my son has the same plan as my daughter and been getting his root canal done there for the past 6 months!!! DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANNA BE TREAT POORLY!!! everytime I visit this place I have an issue with the same Recieptionist!! DO BETTER HIRE PEOPLE WHO TRULY LOVE WHAT THEY DO!!!

Quick, painless, easy experience. The dentist and his dental assistant were both very nice and informative. They had me in and out in a timely manner while talking me through the process. I definitely will go again for my dental exams.
