Find another dentist. After a check up and x-ray I was told I needed to get work done on front teeth. Cool. I understand. Doctors came in room explain the procedure. I asked what are my options. He tells me "I cannot tell you which way to go" as a professional tou SHOULD know what is best route. Then, after being asked how will I pay for procedure I mentioned I have insurance. Doctor tells me "Yes this is price even with your insurance" this makes 0 sense. I asked for written breakdown and copies of work needed to be done including the cost etc to go over with insurance. They asked me to run credit check to pay for procedure I did not agree with yet. When ai told doctor I need to review and need info he walked away. They only came about how much they make off you and how fast here.

Wish I could leave 0 star! Not because of the dentist but because of 2 receptionists at the front the older woman that told me I should come in today for my teeth cleaning the original date & time I made the appointment for which is today Jun 17 at 1pm I have the text message, I don’t know if she take ppl’s time seriously because I found out my appointment time was changed to 2pm and no-one messaged me prior to my appointment to let me no that!! she is very unprofessional!. I arrived before 1pm for my appointment, I checked in with a young lady sat down and she never told me then that my appointment time was changed to 2pm after waiting for 30mins I ask her how many more ppl was before me because I have to leave at 2pm for work then she told me my time was changed to 2pm & I will be next so I waited 10 more mins i decided to cancel the appointment so I went back to the counter to tell the young lady to cancel my appointment she walked by I said hello to her she continued to walk over to another receptionist, just horribly customer service she was very rude and I left! And it will be my last time there!!

The front desk lady with the glasses is extremely rude. She cuts you off as you’re speaking on the phone and is extremely disrespectful when you’re trying to talk. She talks to you like as if you’re expected to know everything even if it’s your first time there. Very arrogant and nasty.

I’ve been searching for a good dentist office for a while now and I am so happy that I found Parkchester Dental. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, I am writing this review to accommodate Nina, the hygienist. My teeth needed a good cleaning and she did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth. She is gentle, I never had any discomfort. She explained my X-rays to me. I knew I needed a deep cleaning, she showed me on the X-rays that my gums were healthy. She could have easily scheduled me for a deep cleaning, taking my money, knowing that I didn’t need one. That showed me that she is honest. I told her that the last place I had a cleaning did a horrible job, barely cleaning my teeth. Nina said, we take an oath, stating what we will do towards our dental patients. She has integrity, which is hard to come by in this day and time.

Very disappointed with the dentist! I waited for an hour n half to get checked and he was rude to me very unprofessional the way he spoke to me. He only saw me for 30 seconds before I could finish my sentence he walked out of the room. I gave it a second chance, because the front desk receptionist was nice to me and told me to come back for a cleaning following week unfortunately they did a really bad job, the hygienist was nice but she literally did one side of my mouth and didn’t touch the other side I came home and saw my teeth in the mirror I couldn’t believe it with my eyes lol I wish I could upload a picture to show y’all the differences. Definitely never going there again and not recommending anyone.

DON’T waste your time at circle Family dental center this Dental Facility. the stuff are Extremely no frequency Unprofessional , atmosphere is dingy, not welcoming and outdated equipment. They don’t have modern technology. Upon my arrival, I was early filled out the paperwork. My appointment Scheduled was for a hygienist cleanup, I had pacifically let the front desk office know I need a clean up follow up. they made me wait before everyone was seen. After I was called upon for x-rays then I was told their procedure Is to see the doctor first and then schedule an appointment for cleanup hygienist on other date. no thank you. Suggestion this Practice Should be out of business. . Unacceptable experience Do better for our bronx community. So disappointed!

These dentists always do a terrible job. I gave them two chances and both the same. The most recent dentist cleaned my teeth halfway because she was in a rush to get home. The other guy from the previous year didn’t care to talk to me and did a two minute rush cleaning. Both times it felt as if an assistant was cleaning it. So tired of them, this was the last time. Also, they need to update their equipment, office furniture, and carpet.
