Great service I was seen by Dr.Robenov Igor, and Assistant Nina, Dr. Igor was caring explained everything perfectly. Nina was very nice she was very helpful. Also made me feel very welcomed. She took good care of me. Lisa great service on these teeth, also gave me much needed information to help me care for my teeth. I always feel like I’m in great hands when I come to hutchinson Metro dental. If you need a new dentist I recommend Hutchinson metro dental

Hello Metro Dental : My experience today with Metro Dental , didn't turn out like I expected in the beginning. After choosing to leave , I requested to speak to the manager. I spoke to an employee at the front desk name Nicole, which assisted me to speaking with Lidia the manager. The manager Lidia took the time , to educate me on the several options I had. Which allowed me to choose to come back , rather than reconsider not to. The reason this island being expressed , is to thank Nicole , as well as Lidia for going beyond employees for Metro Dental. They are truly an asset , which is well needed in the world we live in today. To put it simply said , they' are truly CARE GIVERS in thieir profession. I would like Metro Dental to definitely acknowledge their GRATITUDE , KINDNESS , and most of all their PROFESSIONALISM in the Metro Dental facility. Thank you sincerely, Marvin Sanders

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. This place is fine for routine cleanings and X-rays etc… the dental hygienists who clean your teeth and the x-ray techs are great. BUT they always overbook so you’ll be waiting 25-40 minutes past your appointment time before you’re called in for cleaning or x-rays. Not great, but I can accept that level of delay. The real problem is if you ever have an appointment to see the dentist. Your appointment time means nothing!!! You’ll wait a minimum of an hour past your appointment time just to get called back. I understand a business needs to make money but it’s crazy here how they overbook the dentists so they can cram in as many patients as they can. My time is valuable too and I refuse to sit 2hrs past my appointment time in a nasty over crowded waiting room just because this office doesn’t allow adequate time for procedures…. It appears as though they are betting on you not being willing to walk out after you booked an appointment and waited 3 to 4 weeks just to be seen. Well I might not walk out but I’ll definitely write reviews and let people know how this office treats their patients like walking dollar signs and not like humans.

I recently had my routine visit with the best Hygenist I always see Lisa and as always she never fails. I absolutely also want to give a raving review about Ashley who works behind the scene, she was very helpful and patient during our phone conversation prior to my visit. Anytime you need clear and concise assistance, please ask for Ashley. I appreciated you both. Thank you.

They have an absolute horrible problem with making people wait. I had a 3 pm appointment and as of 4:30 I have not been seen. And this is my first visit with them and I’m not just writing this review for myself but for the people I have seen before me with the same complaint. I will never come back to this place. Someone in there r matrix is not doing their job. And this is a constant issue for them. I recommend strongly to find another place.

Front desk employees were helpful and informative. Lisa was a great help in informing me on my teeth and further protection. Jose did very well with the X rays.
