Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign

Wonderful office. Employees are so kind and informative. Manager helped me understand the financial process on what to expect. Dr schwalb is one of my favorite Doctors. He's very funny and laid back. Such a great orthodontist. I also had pleasure of being bonded by Doctor Hu. Very nice and she got me bonded right away. I will recommend 👌 Norwood / River Plaza to anyone looking to start their journey with braces.

Tanya was great she explained the treatment plan, our options. Staff was friendly and welcoming, consultation along with X-ray’s was all done in office in under an hour. Highly recommend.

All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They made sure to thoroughly explain the process of getting braces as an adult with my specific teeth. They discussed the price of everything as well as payment options! I was able to get my braces the same day and the whole process was less than 30 minutes!!!! So glad I came to this location 10/10!

Horrible! I went to this place and i was waiting at the entrance for someone to assist me and all the staff at the end of the hallway just talking and laughing. They saw me and no one has the decency of asking what do I need.

I was told that I could reduce a gap enough with Invisalign to need one implant instead of two. I ended up with cracked teeth and years later I still have damage from the removal and glue on my teeth. The orthodontist (from the same practice) who removed the attachments told me that it wasn’t feasible for my teeth to be moved that much based on the alignment and he would not have recommended this procedure. I had trouble sleeping due to sleep apnea they caused so I couldn’t continue treatment or use aligners. It was a huge waste of money that made my teeth worse. It’s a money making factory. The front desk was extremely rude because their scheduling system wouldn’t update properly. They knew this was an issue but still treated me like I did something wrong with so much hostility.

Diamond Braces experience was amazing! Beautiful location , the staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. When putting my Braces 100% painless, I didn't feel any pain or discomfort the next day. Looking forward to see my results.
