The Riverdale location staff were so professional and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered allowing me to be comfortable in my decision. Charina made sure my daughter understood and allowed her to ask questions and had patience. Location is convenient and clean. Update....when called it can be EXTREMELY frustrating. Each location should have a separate telephone number!

The staff and doctors at Diamond braces are truly incredible people who really care about Their patients. The entire staff was warm, courteous and friendly, but a special mention to Alicia she made me feel like family from the moment I sat in the chair, the doctor is knowledgeable and straightforward with his recommendations. I had my last visit today and I could honestly say I am going to miss diamond braces. They literally made me feel like family.

Ester was an absolute pleasure to be assisted by. She is so knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly friendly and approachable. She took the time to really help and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The staff at Diamond Braces (86 W 225th St) is absolutely fantastic! The entire team is professional, friendly, and makes the whole experience stress-free. I want to give a special shoutout to their manager, Tanya. She is incredibly knowledgeable, organized, attentive, and SUPER HELPFUL, and she truly makes you feel cared for the moment you walk in. Ester is warm, very friendly, and understanding. They were both very compassionate about my case and together, they make a great team and really set the standard for excellent customer care. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Diamond Braces and highly recommend them to anyone considering treatment!

The regular staff is friendly and helpful. The environment is clean. However, this location would cancel appointments without prior notice and when you get there you would just find the doors locked. Also, in our last visit the doctor covering for the regular one had terrible bedside manners. Even making loud side comments to other staff about "people", in the open while looking at other patients, less than 15 ft away from us.
