Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign

I would not recommend this office under any circumstances. I paid $4,400 for an 18-month treatment, which is already high for Invisalign, and the quality of care has been completely unacceptable. The x-ray technician has extremely poor bedside manner and is consistently rough to the point of causing pain. During my first visit, a tool was placed in my mouth without a protective barrier, and I became sick shortly after, which raises serious hygiene concerns. When my Invisalign attachments were installed, I had to return the same day because one wasn’t even properly glued on. The technician also documented that they walked me through setting up the online portal, which never happened. At a follow-up visit, when I reported another attachment had fallen out, the same technician stretched my mouth so aggressively that it caused a tear at the corners, which has since scabbed over. She also had long nails and managed to scratch the inside of my cheek through her gloves, leaving a cut. The level of care here feels careless and, at times, unsafe. The only reason I’ve continued coming back is because the office is a five-minute walk from my home.

My experience here was okay, the young ladies that helped me were amazing & very welcoming but the lady who originally helped me was rude and obnoxious, very unprofessional. Every time I have an appt, I make sure she doesn’t take me. She’s an older Spanish lady I believe Dominican, her name was slightly difficult but started with a Y. She made a racial comment about me thinking I didn’t know Spanish… I don’t know why they have people like her doing consultations when her customer service is terrible.

Very disappointing experience with my daughter’s orthodontic treatment. Every visit we saw a different doctor, which caused constant inconsistency and lack of continuity in her care. The only thing I ever requested was for my daughter to be seen by the same doctor, but that never happened. There was no real progress with her braces despite multiple appointments. When I tried to address my concerns with the manager, instead of offering help or solutions, she responded with an attitude and told me I could "go ahead and take them off." As a parent, this was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I ultimately had to make the decision to remove my daughter’s braces due to no progress. I would not recommend this office, especially for children who need consistent and careful treatment

Overall experience was great. Very clean environment, friendly staff, and very very kid friendly! 10 out of 10

I loved the experience, my first visit went well but, at first they couldn’t locate my credentials but when they did their service easily got much better. The attitudes the employees had today were positive and outstanding. I am very much ready for my 2nd visit at the 3rd Ave location!!

Amazing staff workers and so kind and patient and caring with each and everyone that leaves and comes and VERY HELPFUL!
