Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign

We went today to find out about financing and my husband decided to go ahead and pay the full amount! The experience was excellent, it was my daughter’s 15th birthday present so she was super excited! Eva was the doctor’s assistant and she was super sweet, delicate, gentle and very professional, excellent experience! No regrets! So we will be back on a monthly basis and I’ll share the before and after results 😊😊😊

Diamond Braces at Bartow Ave. near Bay Plaza Mall Started my braces 6/19/26 noticed my power chain wasn’t on correctly by time I arrived later to my job but didn’t think anything of it so the following day comes 6/20/26 and my power chain fell off inside of my mouth(didn’t eat anything). I was upset. The Blonde Hispanic girl didn’t put it on correctly and I also remember the doctor not watching as she clamped my braces on with the power chains NOT keeping an eye on things. As a Health care provider myself in a hospital you can definitely tell when a employee knows what their doing( work quicker & carefully) as opposed to a employee that is unsure (work much slower & learner). The Asian Doctor lady needs to pay attention to the end result of the employees work when patients get the braces in or ANY attachments put on for clearance of their work. As a first timer at my first treatment visit as a patient this shouldn’t be happening. The place is full of only Hispanic employees.🤔 So now I have to go back and get my power chain that fell off back on again 😒 #ANNOYED

Overall I am pleased with my visit. I wasn't at first because my Saturday appointment was canceled and apparently the doctor was not in network with my insurance. The team was able to schedule me for today so that I didn't have to miss work. Thank you

My daughter experience was amazing. The staff was professional and her DA Rosa put her braces on for her. The dental assistant Rosa was knowledgeable, patient and helped to make visit an even more awesome one. 😁

Diamond Braces in one word AWESOME! From beginning to end they make you feel like family! My son first visit and he was able to get his braces done , the staff was outstanding !!!
