Overall I had a pleasant experience here. The place is very clean and modern. The front desk staff was friendly. This was the quickest and most pleasant cleaning I ever had at a dentist. Dr Kim was professional and knowledgeable. Only thing is I felt is that the assistant staff could have better bedside manner. Beyond saying hi to me they just went about their business taking x rays, which took a bit of time. They didn’t even introduce their names to me even though I am a new patient. But for regular checkups and cleanings, will be happy to keep coming here.

This dental office deserves more than five stars. From scheduling to checkout, everything was smooth and professional. The front desk staff was helpful, the hygienist was gentle, and the dentist was knowledgeable and patient. They took time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients and their work. I’m grateful to have found such a great dental team and will definitely be coming back.

I’ve never done a review like this. I’m actually sitting in the dentist chair rn. So everyone that is employed here is AMAZING! Sweet, understanding and I felt like I’ve come here for years. I’m so scared of the dentist and they went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Wish I did this sooner! Thank You 😀

This was my first experience at Maple Dental and I’ll be sure to return! From the check in process to my visit with the doctor, everything went perfectly smooth! They accommodated me for an appointment and even then I was in and out of the office in less than an hour! Everyone was so nice and professional, I will recommend them to all my friends and family! They were even kind enough to send me home with a goodie bag! Even the out of pocket expenses are very reasonable, given the high cost of dentist care! Thank you to the staff, see you soon!

I cannot remain silent.It's a scam. I went because I had a terrible toothache. They took x-rays and told me my tooth wasn't decayed, just broken, and that they had to ask my insurance to cover it. I asked them to cover the broken tooth with some kind of product, and they said it wasn't possible. The only thing they did was put a little fluoride on my teeth. Honestly, my electric toothbrush cleans better than they do. Then they told me my insurance didn't cover it. So I was left with a painful toothache and no medication, and they charged my insurance as if they had actually treated my emergency.

Amazing staff & dental environment!!! Went in for a quick cleaning & walked out feeling cared for & secured. Jazlyn was a great help up at the front desk, her bilingual skills were a great help! Would definitely recommend this dental office to friends / family

Came here for a concern with my gums being inflamed. It was extremely easy to make an appointment online and the receptionist called shortly after to gather my insurance information. She also advised that a text was going to be sent regarding paperwork to be completed. When I arrived the office was closed for lunch but I was allowed to wait in the waiting room until they returned. The office was extremely clean and everyone was friendly. The dentist I saw listened to my concerns and advised me of the next steps to take and follow up with afterward.
