We needed a new dentist after our family dentist retiring. We chose Dr Patel and Healthy Smiles after reading reviews here and on Bay Village Facebook page. Couldn’t be more pleased with this choice! Dr. Patel and Miles were awesome. Miles walked me through all of my teeth cleaning procedure and recommendations. He was gentle when cleaning my teeth. I felt at ease with everything. I definitely recommend this dental place to everyone. They care about the patients! All of the staff from here are extra special! The receptionist got me in quickly. It was the best dental experience I have had in over 40 years.

On a recent Saturday morning I woke up with a really bad toothache. Like most dentist, my regular dentist is closed on weekends. My wife went on the internet to find dentist open on Saturdays. Dr Patel and Healthy Smiles had Saturday by appointment only along with an after hours phone number. I called at 7:30 Saturday morning and she answered the phone. She said she would get back to me if she could squeeze me in. In the meantime my wife ultimately found another dentist that could definitely take me in. Dr Patel did call me back at 10:00 and said she could get me in at 11:30. I told her my wife had found someone else but Dr Patel further offered if they were unable to treat me (root canal) to call her back and she’d still assist me. It’s nice to know that there are still doctors/dentist out there that are willing to go out of their way to assist you. Ultimately I have a fractured wisdom tooth that will be need to be removed by an oral surgeon but if I ever need a root canal I will contact Dr Patel because my regular dentist out sources them.
