I recently visited the dental office and had a great experience with Dr. Willis and his assistant Leslie. Dr. Willis was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the procedure and answer my questions. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Leslie was also wonderful—friendly, attentive, and very supportive during the visit. She helped make the whole experience smooth and less stressful. The clinic was clean, organized, and the staff were welcoming. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Willis and Leslie to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I hate the dentist, but Risas Dental made the experience surprisingly comfortable. Everyone was kind, gentle, and very understanding of my sensitivity and needs. Emily was awesome and made me feel at ease, and Dr. Murphy was great too — professional, patient, and gentle. I’m really grateful for how well they treated me and would definitely recommend them, especially if you’re nervous about dental visits.

The doctor who did my braces always took care of me the same way and explained things in a calm manner, which made me 100% sure that I was in the right place! I received a voicemail last week saying they needed to speak with me about my appointment today. I tried calling back multiple times, but no one ever answered. I was even on hold for as long as 20 minutes. They did call me back repeatedly, but every single time it was from a different number. With the amount of robocalls and spam calls people get these days, calling from random numbers is a terrible system — those calls will always get blocked. When I arrived for my appointment today, I was told it had been canceled. No one said that in the message. No one told me I needed to call back weeks in advance to reschedule. For an organization this large, I don’t understand how they can’t answer their phones or communicate properly. Extremely frustrating experience. One star.
