Parkfield Orthodontics

My son had an appointment 2 weeks ago and we were helped by Karen. She was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. My son was a bit nervous but she made sure to let him know what she was doing to help calm his nerves. Karen was awesome as well as the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly!

Amazing place with an amazing and friendly staff. We just love Sonia. She is so good with my Grandson. She makes him very comfortable when he comes in. Dr Michelle is amazing! Update: they are still amazing! Grandson got braces on today and I honestly cannot say enough about the staff here. Wonderful staff.!! Explains everything where kids understand exactly what's happening. Soft spoken and friendly which helps a great deal to relax the patient. Well done

I am very thankful for Parkfield Orthodontics. They have very good customer service, everyone is very nice and welcoming. Natalie is great at what she does she put my son’s braces on and removed them. I appreciate her taking the time to explain the process to him and making sure he was feeling calm. She made sure to answer his questions! Highly recommend!!!

I got my braces done here over the past two years and just got them off today! The team of staff at Parkfield are extremely knowledgeable and were ready for all the questions I threw at them. I felt very cared for anytime I was in the building and they always had my best interest in mind with all the advice they gave me to take care of my teeth. Natalie, in particular, was amazing to work with and was a joy to talk to throughout my braces journey. If she ends up helping you, I have no doubt you’ll leave the building with a big smile on your face too 🙂

My experience at Parkfield Orthodontist was great. All the staff were really nice and helpful. Especially Karen and Natali. Karen always smiles and kind, even a translator. Natali always heplful and willing to answer all the questions.

Since day 1 everyone has been very friendly to my kids and professional. They always look forward to coming which is different but good for a kiddo. Thank you to all the staff and Diego for being awesome and being patient with my kids! You guys are awesome!

Karen was very gentle, patient , she took her time to explain and reassure my son during the process. She was a very pleasant person to converse with along with her being thorough in explaining the after care procedure.
