Excellent experience! Friendly reception staff, no lengthy wait, and a fantastic hygienist. Vanessa is truly exceptional and really took her time with my cleaning. Super warm and welcoming, she'll make you feel totally at ease and leave your teeth feeling brand new! Definitely recommend.

What a positive experience to have at a dental office!! All of the front desk staff is very attentive and welcoming when you arrive. Vanessa was my hygentist and she was so full of positive energy and really has a personable nature of helping people to her personality. She explained every step of the process with me from X-rays to the full cleaning and gave me a lot of details about dental health that I have never been taught before with other offices. Dr. Kahn was also very attentive with my exam and review of my overall teeth. Iam so happy I took the chance with trying them out!

I scheduled an annual checkup a week in advance. When I arrived, I completed the standard questionnaire, which asked if I was experiencing any issues. I noted slight discomfort in the back left of my mouth. After checking in, I was informed that the hygienist wasn't there that day, so they couldn't perform my cleaning. They also told me they had read my questionnaire and would instead focus on the area where I reported discomfort. What I wasn't told was that this would change my appointment from an annual preventive exam to a limited exam. I wasn't given the option to reschedule my annual visit or decide whether I wanted to proceed with a limited exam instead. A limited exam only evaluates a specific area of the mouth, while an annual exam evaluates the entire mouth and is covered by my insurance. Because the office billed the visit as a limited exam, my insurance denied the claim, leaving me responsible for the cost. When I called to ask them to correct the billing, they said they would remove the x-ray charges, but they still expect me to pay for the limited exam. My issue is that I scheduled an annual checkup, but because the office couldn't provide the appointment I booked, they changed it to a different service without my knowledge or consent, and now I'm being billed for it.

Was visiting my daughter in Denver and had a dental emergency where my build up came off and a sharp edge was exposed. Dr. Khan and his staff were amazing! Very understanding and helpful. They saved my Denver trip! Thank you Dr. Khan and Hampden Dental Group. Will recommend them to all.

I DO NOT recommend this place at all, in fact watch out for this place. They billed me double the amount of estimated amount. lol These people are so this honest!!! THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE NUMBERS. I CONFIRMED the price twice ahead of time. I was told previous dentist just left and they don't know why?? Very unprofessional. They DO NOT have a common sense. I even took my time and went in few days ago, then I received the letter that I was no longer welcome there? Hahaha...this place should NOT be in buisness and they will charge you double with straight face. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Was able to get an emergency visit scheduled several days after I called. They took a look and said they could extract in A MONTH. I told them I was in immense pain but nothing was done other than the scheduling. After being quoted about $256 for an extraction, the final bill was ~$430. Dentist told me the cost for something extra was $60 and it wound up being $120 with no accountability on their end. These folks want you in and out as fast as possible to grab every dollar they can. There was no talk about a plan for future visits, there was no pain management before the appointment or after either. I would rather suffer through future pain than use this dentist again. Don't make the mistake I did and choose one other than this office.

I've gone here for years now. Its been good every time so far. The new Dr seems good, and was kind. The tech who performed my cleaning was very nice and did a thorough job.
