Had a great visit for my annual check up with Dr. Khadra. He was quick to take care of a few things and made the whole process really smooth. Carla did an excellent job with the cleaning which was super gentle and thorough. Kay at the front desk was so friendly as always. The whole team makes going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience. Definitely appreciate their care and professionalism!

I love this establishment! Dr Glenn, Dr Falona, Carla, Jen and Cristal are like family! No longer do I feel as if I’m going to a Torture Chamber and filled with anxiety. All of them are so sweet and professional....I look forward to going for my cleaning and dental work. Dr Falona and Dr Glenn are true artists and are aces at what they do. They have given me great guidance and genuinely care about their treatments, what they do and me, as a patient. If you’re on the fence as to who you want caring for your pearly whites, look no further! This is the place!

We just started going and Dr. Falona and her staff were very kind and patient with my 6yr old son and 3yr old daughter. She made my son very comfortable, talked to him throughout the process. My daughter was a tough cookie but they were patient and made her feel comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. My husband and I have upcoming appointments and are confident we'll also recieve excellent service. The new patient forms are online and easy to read and understand. The office is clean and quiet. We are new to Colorado and found the practice in the Black Book directory. Solid decision.

Unfortunately, my previous positive experiences need to be replaced by a more tempered review. I went to Glenn Smile Center for years, and during that time, I had pleasant experiences. When I asked about my borderline gingivitis, I was always told, "It was fine," despite it clearly getting worse from photos. Fast forward to 2024, I had to cancel my appointment with them due to a family emergency. I was unable to be seen until 4 months later as they were 100% booked, which itself is a major downside for this dentist. Either way, I went to a new dentist who could actually get me in. There, I learned my gingivitis was, indeed, a problem, and they issued treatments. The new location showed me the numbers, explained the charts, took account of my problems, and put me on a plan to actually solve my issues. They even made me aware of the severity of my night grinding, which I had also previously brought up with the Smile Center. Glenn Smile Center dismissed my repeated concerns as not a big deal and thus worsened my symptoms. I can no longer recommend them, as, while they were usually courteous and friendly, have proven to me to be too cavalier to trust with my dental health and too busy to accommodate their customers.

Dr Glenn and Dr Falona Glenn, as well as Jen and Cristal have been so wonderful! They are all skilled at what they do and incredibly kind. I appreciate all of their COVID policies that they continue to follow to keep everyone as safe as possible. Dr Glenn was kind and reassuring, as well as very skilled when I had to go in for my first ever root canal. I have a lot of anxiety and a phobia around getting dental work done. He helped to calm me down prior to starting the procedure, he explained everything he would be doing and I did not experience any pain during the procedure, and just a bit of a sore mouth after the Novocain wore off, which I expected. I also like that they provide bluetooth headphones that you can connect right to your phone while they are working. I don't plan to go anywhere else and I'm grateful to know I can count on them for any work I have done in the future!

Doctor Glenn is a calm and thoughtful doctor who takes his time to understand your tooth ailments. I feel relaxed and confident in his care. He takes time to be thorough, and he listens well to insure this. After two plus years with another dentist he immediately listened and helped to diagnose an ongoing issue, then sent me to the appropriate doctor for a root canal. He was correct in his assessment. He and his office are extremely aware of cleanliness and protective Practices for the office, to keep his staff and their patients safe and healthy through Covid. I am fortunate to have found Dr. Glens practice!

A long over due review. Everyone that works at this office is wonderful. Dr. Gerald is amazing. He done my root canal and I had no pain during the procedure or after. I had a great experience and will continue with Dr. Gerald as my dentist.
