Comfort Dental - South Havana

Could not be happier with my experience here. 2 other local dentists wanted to extract one of my molars despite me already knowing from a dentist out of country that the crown could be replaced. I had to visit 3 dentists before finding Dr. Stevens who saved not only my real tooth root, but saved me thousands of dollars and lots of pain. This is a dentist you can trust!! Thank you!!

I am pretty scared of the dentist like most people but this is one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had. I have my fair share of horror stories like not being numbed fully or just a rude doctor. I did not experience one bad thing during my appointment! My questions were answered and everyone was very knowledgeable in the office. Dr. Kenny was my dentist for the root canal and crown that were done at the time of this review. I highly recommend this Comfort Dental and I for sure will be using them for the foreseeable future! Thank you to everyone in the office for easing my anxiety during this process.

Awful experience. First my wife, myself and my daughter appeared or the appointment on october 3rd. My daughter was referred to pediatric after the xray. Fair enough. Myself and my wife had to be treated for cavities. My wife needed 2 visits. That it was done on the right side. She was treated by the dr. Then dr had to treat me so he switched over the work stations. While dr was with me, some nurse treated my wife for bit of cleaning before dr could return to her. I got treated for right side cavity and then my wife for remaining right side. We left. I got fine the next day for numbness. My wife have hade bleeding and swelling. Bleeding stopped next day and the swelling went on until the following monday. We did make a call on oct 4 and appointment was made for the monday but we had to cancel that due to another appointment already in place. When i saw on Saturday my wife had a wound on tongue and cheek. I was given appointment for my lef left side for oct 16. I am visiting and i get to know there is no appointment in place. Luckily i had it written on visiting card. On top, they dont have my oct 3rd appointment record. I can’t tell how much pissed off i am right now. Never coming back.

everyone of the staff members are patient and kind' and when you say Hi to them they say Hi back' and my experience was excellent' and the doctors also likes to make you feel comfortable and relaxed' and i love the way the doctor had asked me questions about if I had ever been to the dentist.

The entire staff at Comfort Dental are ALWAYS pleasant and cheerful. Dr. Hanchett is straightforward, kind and helpful. Even while being numbed and drilled into they make it enjoyable. 😊

I had an Extraction and said they’ll send over my subscription to the pharmacy and that is should be ready in an hour. Over an hour later, pharmacy said they still haven’t received anything, so I called dental and they said they haven’t sent because the Dr has been backed up and he’ll send it right away. I waited till close and the pharmacy told me I would have to try again tomorrow. Would of been 5 stars if I didn’t have to wait so long and got my subscription at said time.

I want to express how skeptical I was to go in. However I was blown away with the staff and Drs attention to detail. The staff was very welcoming and smiley. Made me feel very comfortable. As I was brought back I was pleased how neat and tidy everything was. The whole process from beginning to end was screaming TEAMWORK!!! THANK YOU DRS AND STAFF YALL ARE AMAZING
