Staff are kind, always on time for the appointments I schedule, and the location is fairly convenient. Latrice was my most recent dental assistant, and she was excellent. She explained every process, was wonderful to chat with, and was attentive to any pain or discomfort I may have been in. She is what every DA should strive to be, sets a high standard, but also speaks to the staff this facility attracts. Dr. Grigg is my dentist and is relatable, attentive, and makes the process easy. He is also wonderful with his staff as he is with his patients. I would recommend this dentist practice. Thank you for all you do!

I had a genuinely positive experience at Alameda Dental. From the first interaction, the office was organized, professional, and patient-focused. Kara at the front desk was especially knowledgeable and efficient. She explained scheduling, insurance, and next steps clearly, which immediately set the tone for a smooth visit. It’s refreshing to work with a front office that is both informed and courteous. The rest of the team reflected the same level of professionalism—communication was clear, the process was well managed, and I felt respected throughout my time there. Based on my personal experience, this practice operates with integrity and care, and I would confidently recommend it to others.

I do not recommend this clinic. Unfortunately, my experience was very poor. During a cleaning, my teeth were damaged, and afterward, food got stuck between them. Later, a root canal and crown procedure caused a fracture in one of my teeth. Another dentist advised extraction due to their mistake. Additionally, during one visit, I was given too much anesthetic, which caused my heart rate to spike, and I felt unsafe. I am also concerned about the materials used. Based on my experience, I cannot trust this clinic and I do not recommend it!

My experience here has been outstanding. Every interaction I’ve had with this office has been respectful, organized, and caring. The front desk staff was welcoming, the clinical team was knowledgeable, and the provider took the time to truly listen and explain my options. I felt informed, supported, and confident in my care. No office is perfect for every single person, but based on my experience, this team consistently delivers professionalism and compassion. I’m grateful to have found a dental office I trust and will continue to recommend.

This is my new forever dental home!Dental visits are not something I look forward to, and I usually arrive feeling tense. My time at Alameda Dental was different than what I’m used to. When I arrived there was another person ahead of me waiting to be checked in. As they approached the front desk the receptionist greeted him by name. The interaction was like watching two friends interact. After I sat down to do paperwork another patient came in for an appointment and was greeted by several of the front desk, again like they were old friends- The office felt orderly and unhurried, and the approach throughout my visit helped me settle in rather than feel on edge. I appreciated how information was shared clearly and at a pace I could handle. I didn’t feel pushed or dismissed, and that alone made a meaningful difference. I left feeling calm and relieved, which is not typical for me after a dental appointment. Great Experience!
