The office was inviting and calm. The staff was very pleasant, from the young lady at the front desk, the dental assistant, to the doctor. The appointment ran smoothly and the wait time was minimal. It was a great experience for myself and my kids. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a Orthodontist and are trying to get braces.

I can’t recommend this orthodontist enough. I had to transfer from my previous orthodontist after they left me without finishing my treatment, and this office went above and beyond to help me. It took about 8 months to get everything approved, but they never gave up and kept me updated throughout the process. The entire team was kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. Most importantly, they did an amazing job with my teeth—I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for an orthodontist that truly cares about their patients and stands by them, this is the place to go. Thank you for everything!

I finished my course in February 2025 and aside from an initial delay in the delivery of my box of aligners, the entire experience was smooth. Check in appointments were always easy to make and I never had to wait long to be seen. The reason I’m leaving this review now is because I had completed my course and for many reasons had been unable to go back to pick up my retainers since February 2025. This location held on to them the entire time, and then the amazing team member Natalia proactively reached out to me last week to remind me to come get them. Per their instructions, I had been using my last set as retainers and the retainers ended up fitting smoothly after all this time. I think that speaks to the quality of product/services provided here. I really appreciated the initiative on Natalia’s part, and would recommend this location for anyone looking for orthodontist services.

The best business flow i have ever seen from the front desk Artem very fast knowledgeable, quality work to Sabrina giving me the most thorough consultation I have ever partook in. Then of course to the both assistants Anton and Yuliya with Doctor Hwang all made my visit today nothing but seamless, amazing work i cant wait for my results and get this it was PAINLESS. Would 100 percent recommend to any looking to better their smiles with out the HASSLE.
