Terrible. They are terrible. Short staffed but want to take your money. If you want to maximize profit, you should make sure the clients are serviced in a reasonable time/manner. I had a 11am appointment for a buildup and 2 hours later, they are telling me that they cannot complete the service or do what I was SCHEDULED FOR until after lunch. Mind you, I have been waiting for an hour and 30 minutes and nothing and they want to have me wait another 3 hours. This is ridiculous.

Amazing customer service from Chanel. Called in to find out about prior auth status, she helped me in all possible ways to find a solution to the issue I had, she took her time to call the insurance company herself and kept calling me back to update me. Very polite and respectful attitude. Thank you Chanel

Don’t let these staff member fool you guys . They are very unprofessional. They doors was open at 9 when they originally opened at 10am . I walked in to check out something bout an apt of mine and she said we are not open so I had to wait an hour until the front desk gets there . I asked her then why not lock the door until 10am she said that’s not her problem they just got there early. I believe she was an ortho assistant . Black short hair glasses and had black scrubs . Everytime I need an adjustment or have an emergency they don’t even have a set schedule for the days that they work and they never answer their phone

Great service with Teeana and Maria made sure all my questions where answered since its my first time getting braces. Made me feel welcomed and safe to start my treatment here.

Anytime the Dr. shau or something along them lines is my doctor he always comments the same thing "there’s nothing we can do to fix" the moment other doctor covering looks at my teeth, there is an alternative to fixing the issue. These people are unprofessional and just play in your mouth, different staff, different doctors every time I go. They leave other people images up on the screen. As a medial professional myself this is a violation of HIPAA and very unprofessional. I should’ve went elsewhere, which seems I still may have to go elsewhere after my braces come off.

I had a great experience with Maria. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and checked in often to make sure I had everything I needed. Her professionalism and caring attitude really stood out. Highly recommend!
