It’s been a very long journey and I wasn’t sure what to expect coming in for my first visit, so my good friend more like a Daughter agreed to meet me at WSP, and I’m glad she did. We both agreed that I would be in great hands with Dr. Johnson, His ability to breakdown and explain the restorative plan as well as the time line was music to our ears, on top of his kind demeanor. I’m excited about the outcome, my new beginning with an approachable smile. Thank you Dr. Johnson and thanks for an amazing staff!

I just got the final restoration done on my 2 front teeth. I was a bit scared and am admittedly very picky. Dr. Russell Johnson was kind and patient as well as friendly and capable. Everyone there is nice. I got pretty much everyone to weigh in on my implants. Thank you to everyone.

We were referred to Washington State Prosthodontics by our trusted dentist, Dr. Brian Brooks, for Dr. Michael Johnson’s expertise with full upper plates. Expectations were high—and they were exceeded. My mother is 89, and our experience included an initial assessment followed by additional visits to complete the work. Dr. Johnson clearly explained the options, guided us to the right choice, and executed with precision. He is highly professional, efficient, and clearly very experienced. The practice itself is well run—easy scheduling, minimal wait times, and we were in and out quickly at each visit. The office is clean, calm, and accessible, and the entire team is friendly and professional, which made my mother very comfortable. A special thank you to Dental Assistant Terri, who was consistently kind, attentive, and supportive. She played a key role in keeping my mother at ease throughout the process. Most importantly, my mother truly loved the experience and the result. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we have strong confidence in both the quality of the work and the team delivering it.

Dr. Russell Johnson is amazing. After my son's surgery for a maxillary sarcoma, he couldn’t eat, drink, or speak due to a poorly fitting prosthetic. Dr Johnson worked us in quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed it so he could function again. We highly recommend him. Calm, compassionate, and incredibly skilled.

Dr Johnson is a perfectionist. His standards are such that he only wants you to look fantastic and feel good about your smile. He is kind, sensitive, and gentle while working in your mouth. The whole office staff seems happy to work there. Wonderful place!!!

The best review I can offer is that the staff is professional, the quality of care is second to none and I have my crown properly placed and spaced and feel like the care was gentle, professional and worthy of a referral. I highly recommend Dr. Pi-Yu Hsu who took great care of me with her team. The whole staff is polite, professional and kind. The office is professionally appointed and clean. As a health care provider myself, I am very critical of outpatient services that do not meet standards. This office SETS the standard!

I visited Washington State Prosthodontics from early February through May regarding ongoing discomfort from a crown that had been placed by a different dentist the previous June. From the beginning, I felt the crown was slightly tilted, protruded, and bulkier than my original tooth, and that it was taking excessive force during chewing. My dentist referred me to a specialist. I came to Washington State Prosthodontics hopeful for further help. The team was professional throughout the process, and the reception staff was always kind and welcoming. During the treatment, they identified and removed excess cement, adjusted the bite several times, and followed my case over a few months, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the final conclusion. Initially, crown replacement was discussed as a possible next step if symptoms persisted. But after months of follow-ups, I was ultimately told that the crown position and orientation do not matter as long as the crown is considered functional, despite my continued discomfort when chewing. I appreciate the time and effort they invested in my case, but I left without a real solution to the ongoing pain, after several months of treatment and follow-up visits.
