Smile Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry

My 7 year old had to get her tooth extracted today as there was infection under her cap and the staff was absolutely amazing!! First we got there thinking we had an appointment but we didn’t, they got us in anyway. Then the dentist and tech walked her through each step of what was going to happen and helped her feel at ease! I was very worried about how she would do, but it went great and she had very little pain! Thanks for the great experience!

I’ve never been able to say that my kids actually look forward to going to the dentist, but here we are. Sue does such a wonderful job with making my kids feel welcomed and valued whilst simultaneously helping me feel well-informed as to how best to take care of their dental health. I would recommend this practice to anyone that wants their children to experience the gold standard of dentistry. My only complaint is that they won’t take me on as a patient - trust me, I’ve asked.

Went in for an orthodontist visit and got greeted by Jessica, she was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process of getting my braces on. The whole experience was amazing. Dr. Jena was great and very detailed when it came to placing my brackets! Would definitely recommend Smiles!

Sue did the check up for my daughter. Sue was so nice, highly professional and she even offered a drink while we were waiting for the dentist to come. The office itself is always clean, fun things to do for the littles while they wait. HIGHLY recommend this dentist office!! They make coming to the dentist a lot of fun 😁 5 stars 🌟

Simply the best! Truly the best group of individuals working here! We always feel welcome and all of our questions are answered, although, they do such a great job educating their patients and parents- we rarely have questions!

I appreciate how kind the staff is to my toddler! They are professional and patient. The facility is clean and welcoming. We love the play areas around the space.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I have trusted this doctor with my children’s care and well-being, which makes this situation even more frustrating. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago, only to have it moved multiple times and ultimately canceled twice. I was informed that the doctor needed to attend to personal matters, but there seemed to be little consideration for the patients and families whose schedules were repeatedly disrupted. As a single mother, arranging time off, transportation, and coordinating my children’s schedules is not easy. Repeatedly changing appointments at the last minute creates a significant hardship. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication, accountability, and even a simple apology for the inconvenience caused. I understand that emergencies and personal situations arise, but the way this was handled showed a lack of respect for patients’ time and commitments. After this experience, I am seriously reconsidering whether I can continue trusting this office with my family’s care.
