Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Diamond Braces. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The waiting time was very short, and I was seen promptly. What impressed me most was that they offered affordable pricing without compromising the quality of care. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the experience stress-free. I highly recommend Diamond Braces to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care at a reasonable price.

After visiting a few different places in Queens and Manhattan, I decided to start my daughter's treatment at Diamond Braces Astoria Steinway The attention to detail and care they provide, combined with the excellent patient service, has made my experience here unique. Every person who works at this place is a delight from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. The check-ups and office visits are truly something special. The place is very clean and very well maintained (this is very important to me, as I am very picky.) The patient care of Juliana ❤️ and the entire team ❤️ is a huge asset! They are LIARS and will do anything to get your money. My initial experience here was good until it wasn't. Toward the end of my treatment with braces, I was informed that I needed an additional three months. Okay no problem but then I sat down with Juliana and she explained to me that they would put in a claim to my insurance for extended treatment and they never did. My insurance doesn't cover pass the 24 month treatment and they knew this but instead of telling me they lied and said they would put in a claim. Then proceeded to ask me to leave $100 (which I did) and they said they would give it back to me once my insurance approved it. After waiting over a month for an answer from Diamond braces, I finally reached out to my insurance and found out they never put the claim in for extended treatment. I stopped going here and found another Orthodontist that informed me that I needed an additional 9 months of treatment and another Orthodontist that said another year. So they lied about the extended treatment too. I actually need longer treatment for my teeth then I was told smh you cannot trust them. They are liars.

I don’t usually write reviews but enough is enough. Every time I come in for my adjustments the girls in the front are very sweet and welcoming as well as the assistants. No complaints there. But I would like to say that the doctor, I believe her name is Dr.CYoon, is very rude and disrespectful. When I ask her questions about my treatment she doesn’t seem to care and tends to roll her eyes frequently. Which is very offensive. I want to believe that it was an accident but she has done it multiple times during my visits here. It doesn’t just stop there she often sighs too as if I’m an inconvenience to her. Excuse me??? The doctors behavior is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Do not go to this place if you care about your money or the quality of the job! First of all, they charge you for a fee in percentage of your total payment even you pay with your HSA card. Second, they do such a bad job that my retainer came off in less than six months after I did it with them, and they will charge you again for the same amount, not even at a discount, to fix their lousy job which only lasts for a couple months. Glad it was only a retainer that costs me hundreds. Think twice if you are to spend thousands on Invisalign or braces with them.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I was quoted and paid $1,000 for two fixed retainers and two removable retainers (including a returning patient/family discount). However, although I received the two removable retainers, only one fixed retainer was placed because the doctor determined the second was not necessary. Despite not receiving all services included in the original treatment plan, no adjustment or partial refund was offered. I called multiple times and emailed corporate over 10 days ago requesting a formal review of my account, but I have not received any response. As a returning patient, I expected transparency, professionalism, and proper follow-up. Being charged for services that were not provided and then not receiving any communication regarding my concern is unacceptable. I am still hoping this matter will be resolved promptly.

Amazing dental office, each part of the staff were extremely welcoming and I appreciated their depth of care at each level, making sure I felt comfortable and knew each option before going ahead with anything. Great pricing as well.
