Cochran Orthodontics

Dr Cochran and his staff are the best and I feel fortunate that I chose them for my adult orthodontic work. He was my first consultation but after seeing him and being treated so well by him and the staff, I felt no need to go anywhere else. I have a narrow and slightly recessed jaw that would require surgery to completely address, which at my age of 33 I did not think worth it. I also have a lower molar implant. Even with those limitations he managed a noticeable widening of my arches and excellent results. I struggle with neurodivergence and depression/GAD, which sometimes resulted in less than ideal hygeine, and at the end of treatment caused some dysphoria and anxiety about my results. Dr. Cochran and his staff did not once shame me or make me feel bad about it. Instead, they were patient and understanding, accomodating me within reason. I will recommend the practice to anyone who asks or will listen.

My daughter just got braces yesterday and she is writing this review: I had a great experience. The dental assistant was so nice and made me feel comfortable. She let me know what to expect. And as the parent I want to add that the office staff is wonderful to work with. The pricing is reasonable. They did not pressure or try to add more expenses. Dr. Cochran made us all feel at ease.

I have been going to Cochran Orthodontics for the past 3 years and I honestly believe it was one of the best decisions in my life. Dr. Cochran is very experienced and is very patient. This is the only place I found that offered incognito braces, here in San Antonio. Ashley is my favorite, she is consistent, experienced and a very happy person. They do a really good job at working with my work and school schedule for my following appointments. For the past 3 plus years, I have yet to have anything negative happen. The employees are all nice, very welcoming and very understanding. They go the extra mile, I even received a gift card to Sonic for my birthday 🙂 last year. Dr. Cochran is very passionate about his work and truly cares about his customers.

My son got his braces put on yesterday. Our experiences with Cochran Orthodontics have been great so far! The customer service is outstanding from the front desk, to Dr. Cochran, to Patrice, and especially Ashley! Ashley tried to make sure my son was comfortable as possible. She understood he wasn’t much of a talker 🙂 Thanks to the whole staff for making us feel welcome!

Cochran Orthodontics was the first place I went to when searching for adult braces and I'm so glad I chose them. Robin and Ashley are truly wonderful RDA's and every visit has been fast and pleasant. The staff at Cochran really does go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Cochran is so nice and patient, I just don't think I could've asked for a better experience. The past year and a half has been nothing short of amazing and I'm so happy with my new smile!

I recently had my braces done at Cochran Orthodontics and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Dr. Cochran and his staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly! They listened and worked with me until I was one hundred percent satisfied with my smile. If you or anyone you know is considering getting braces I highly recommend going to see Dr. Cochran! P.S. I’ve been going to Dr.Cochran for over 10 years and he did an amazing job on my braces and my siblings as well. Having not been back in 4 years because I have a permanent retainer it broke while getting my teeth cleaned at the dentist. Calling Dr.Cochrans office they immediately got me an appointment and Misty did an awesome job putting a new one in! I love this office and the people who work here. Would recommend to anyone. They truly care about their patients!
