We have been bringing my son to Straight up Smiles for braces and we couldn't be happier. The office staff is amazing—very kind and professional, and they always make him feel comfortable. They have worked with us on scheduling and made the whole process simple. So sorry for all the broken brackets! He is definitely trying his hardest not too break anymore, thanks for making it stress free for Dad.

Dr. Vo and his staff are incredible! When you arrive at the office, you immediately feel welcomed by Ali, the front desk receptionist. She is incredibly efficient with the check-in process and we have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen for our appointment. The lobby is very cozy and fun, with comfortable seating, a claw machine, and arcade games! My kid has a complicated case with her braces and they have always been very clear and communicated every step of the process. The entire team is great with kids, making sure they explain what they’re doing and give the patient as much input as possible. Appointments here are so smooth and efficient. I am very grateful for this entire team and their commitment to excellence and high quality care!

Very friendly for children. The dentist Dr. Vo explains his process and ideas well when creating an invisalign plan. Very clean and organized space.

I was in a horrible situation where I went for a regular dental cleaning (at another clinic) and the hygienist accidentally broke my lingual metal permanent retainer and for 5 days I was literally stuck with the wire hitting my mouth every time I eat anything or talk. Every orthodontist I called was closed or couldn't help because of the holidays. Then I came across Dr. Alex Vo's office and I called, they got me in literally 45 minutes later fixed the problem and made me 2 new retainers that I picked up 2 hours the same day later...imagine!!!!?? They fit perfectly from the get go. Talk about ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!! Everyone at the clinic was so warm, friendly, and Dr. Vo is very knowledgeable, straightforward, and empathetic. He and his team managed to turn a nightmare situation into an amazing experience. Thank you Dr. Vo for making me start the new year with a big smile 🙏😁

Dr.Vo and his team were amazing during my time as their patient! I’m always someone who arrives a little early and I was always attended pretty quick. They’re also very professional and confident in what they do.
