Dr. Douglas and her staff are amazing! They are all very friendly, compassionate and meticulous.

Easy to make appointments with a gentle text reminder to help you get to the appointment. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not only did they remember my name, but also details shared at my last appointment 6 months ago. That felt warm and welcoming. The dental care is excellent. I happen to have personal friendships with a number of dentists. More than once I have had them mention the quality of my dental work and ask who did it. I smile and tell them about Dr Douglas. I wholeheartedly recommend Village Family Dental for anyone who cares about their teeth.

I really like my dentist office! Dr Douglas and her staff are always warm and welcoming. I've never had any problems with dental work they've done. I've always received good referrals for work Dr Douglas couldn't do, and they are very good with handing insurance (always a plus). This is also a very family friendly office, and it's so convenient if you're in SW. I should add that I'm not afraid of dental work, but I'm pretty sure Dr Douglas and staff would be great for those who are. They are very gentle.

Brought my three year old to them for her first time at the dentist. Was a great and relaxed environment and my daughter had a great experience there! She said she can’t wait to go again. Everyone there was nice, made my daughter feel super comfortable. Calley cleaned her teeth and was awesome with her demeanor, skills and very informative.

My visit to VFD entailed a somewhat complex procedure.Nevertheless, Dr. Rodriguez and her team did a fabulous job prepping and executing the procedure with a minimum of discomfort and provided an abundance of information about what was transpiring. I have the highest regard for their protocol, their care and their principles. Review #2 I adore my dental hygienist. She is friendly, informative, patient, gentle and very fun to talk to. She is awesome.and building a relationship with someone who knows your history, follows you as a patient and can update you based on a timeline is super important. Review # 3 My most recent visit to Village Family Dental with Dr. Rodriguez and her team was better than best!! She was acutely attuned to my comfort level and expedited the process without sacrificing quality or expertise relative to the procedure. The staff is friendly and actively listened to me as a patient . Becoming a Village Family Dental client was a smart move to make on my part. I am grateful to have found a dental practice that really shines!!

I love Village Family dental! I have been going there for several years and it has always felt like "family"! I always feel comfortable and heard. Callie at the front desk is super awesome, she always explains the billing and there is never surprising charges. Dr. MacKenzie Douglas and her staff are not only great at what they do but kind and gentle. My dental experience here is five star!

Update again: 9/28/2022 is it redundant to say that they’re just getting better? What can you say when they are the best of the best! Updated: 9/18/2020 just had teeth cleaned in the time of Covid. They have a great setup to deal with keeping everyone safe and maintaining separation. Way to go! Awesome! Dr Douglas is the best! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Just had my second crown prepped. She did first crown about 6 months ago and it has not bothered me at all since then. The edge is so smooth it feels like it is part of the tooth. She polished up a couple of rough spots leftover from previous dentist work and now can’t even feel them or see them like before. I could not be happier with the care I’ve received at Village Family Dental. Love them all!!
